1 wird geladen ... These are the {Or, stages}journeys of the children of Israel, {Or, by which}when they went forth out of the land of Egypt by their hosts under the hand of Moses and Aaron.

2 wird geladen ... And Moses wrote their goings out according to their journeys by the commandment of Jehovah: and these are their journeys according to their goings out.

3 wird geladen ... And they journeyed from Rameses in the first month, on the fifteenth day of the first month; on the morrow after the passover the children of Israel went out with a high hand in the sight of all the Egyptians,

4 wird geladen ... while the Egyptians were burying all their first-born, whom Jehovah had smitten among them: upon their gods also Jehovah executed judgments.

5 wird geladen ... And the children of Israel journeyed from Rameses, and encamped in Succoth.

6 wird geladen ... And they journeyed from Succoth, and encamped in Etham, which is in the edge of the wilderness.

7 wird geladen ... And they journeyed from Etham, and turned back unto Pihahiroth, which is before Baal-zephon: and they encamped before Migdol.

8 wird geladen ... And they journeyed from before Hahiroth, and passed through the midst of the sea into the wilderness: and they went three days' journey in the wilderness of Etham, and encamped in Marah.

9 wird geladen ... And they journeyed from Marah, and came unto Elim: and in Elim were twelve springs of water, and threescore and ten palm-trees; and they encamped there.

10 wird geladen ... And they journeyed from Elim, and encamped by the Red Sea.

11 wird geladen ... And they journeyed from the Red Sea, and encamped in the wilderness of Sin.

12 wird geladen ... And they journeyed from the wilderness of Sin, and encamped in Dophkah.

13 wird geladen ... And they journeyed from Dophkah, and encamped in Alush.

14 wird geladen ... And they journeyed from Alush, and encamped in Rephidim, where was no water for the people to drink.

37 wird geladen ... And they journeyed from Kadesh, and encamped in mount Hor, in the edge of the land of Edom.

38 wird geladen ... And Aaron the priest went up into mount Hor at the commandment of Jehovah, and died there, in the fortieth year after the children of Israel were come out of the land of Egypt, in the fifth month, on the first day of the month.

39 wird geladen ... And Aaron was a hundred and twenty and three years old when he died in mount Hor.

40 wird geladen ... And the Canaanite, the king of Arad, who dwelt in the South in the land of Canaan, heard of the coming of the children of Israel.

41 wird geladen ... And they journeyed from mount Hor, and encamped in Zalmonah.

42 wird geladen ... And they journeyed from Zalmonah, and encamped in Punon.

43 wird geladen ... And they journeyed from Punon, and encamped in Oboth.

44 wird geladen ... And they journeyed from Oboth, and encamped in Iye-abarim, in the border of Moab.

45 wird geladen ... And they journeyed from Iyim, and encamped in Dibon-gad.

46 wird geladen ... And they journeyed from Dibon-gad, and encamped in Almon-diblathaim.

47 wird geladen ... And they journeyed from Almon-diblathaim, and encamped in the mountains of Abarim, before Nebo.

48 wird geladen ... And they journeyed from the mountains of Abarim, and encamped in the plains of Moab by the Jordan at Jericho.

49 wird geladen ... And they encamped by the Jordan, from Beth-jeshimoth even unto Abel-shittim in the plains of Moab.

50 wird geladen ... And Jehovah spake unto Moses in the plains of Moab by the Jordan at Jericho, saying,

51 wird geladen ... Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye pass over the Jordan into the land of Canaan,

52 wird geladen ... then ye shall drive out all the inhabitants of the land from before you, and destroy all their figured stones, and destroy all their molten images, and demolish all their high places:

53 wird geladen ... and ye shall take possession of the land, and dwell therein; for unto you have I given the land to possess it.

54 wird geladen ... And ye shall inherit the land by lot according to your families; to the more ye shall give the more inheritance, and to the fewer thou shalt give the less inheritance: wheresoever the lot falleth to any man, that shall be his; according to the tribes of your fathers shall ye inherit.

55 wird geladen ... But if ye will not drive out the inhabitants of the land from before you, then shall those that ye let remain of them be as pricks in your eyes, and as thorns in your sides, and they shall vex you in the land wherein ye dwell.

56 wird geladen ... And it shall come to pass, that, as I thought to do unto them, so will I do unto you.

2Mo 14,21 wird geladen ... And Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and Jehovah caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind all the night, and made the sea dry land, and the waters were divided.

2Mo 14,25 wird geladen ... And he {According to Septuagint and Syriac, bound.}took off their chariot wheels, {Or, and made them to drive}and they drove them heavily; so that the Egyptians said, Let us flee from the face of Israel; for Jehovah fighteth for them against the Egyptians.

2Mo 14,26 wird geladen ... And Jehovah said unto Moses, Stretch out thy hand over the sea, that the waters may come again upon the Egyptians, upon their chariots, and upon their horsemen.

2Mo 14,27 wird geladen ... And Moses stretched forth his hand over the sea, and the sea returned to its {Or, wonted flow}strength when the morning appeared; and the Egyptians fled against it; and Jehovah {Hebrew: shook off.}overthrew the Egyptians in the midst of the sea.

2Mo 14,28 wird geladen ... And the waters returned, and covered the chariots, and the horsemen, even all the host of Pharaoh that went in after them into the sea; there remained not so much as one of them.

2Mo 14,29 wird geladen ... But the children of Israel walked upon dry land in the midst of the sea; and the waters were a wall unto them on their right hand, and on their left.

2Mo 14,30 wird geladen ... Thus Jehovah saved Israel that day out of the hand of the Egyptians; and Israel saw the Egyptians dead upon the sea-shore.

2Mo 14,31 wird geladen ... And Israel saw the great {Hebrew: hand.}work which Jehovah did upon the Egyptians, and the people feared Jehovah: and they believed in Jehovah, and in his servant Moses.

2Mo 15,22 wird geladen ... And Moses led Israel onward from the Red Sea, and they went out into the wilderness of Shur; and they went three days in the wilderness, and found no water.

2Mo 15,23 wird geladen ... And when they came to Marah, they could not drink of the waters of Marah, for they were bitter: therefore the name of it was called {That is, Bitterness.}Marah.

2Mo 15,25 wird geladen ... An he cried unto Jehovah; and Jehovah showed him a tree, and he cast it into the waters, and the waters were made sweet. There he made for them a statute and an ordinance, and there he proved them;

2Mo 15,26 wird geladen ... and he said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of Jehovah thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his eyes, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases upon thee, which I have put upon the Egyptians: for I am Jehovah that healeth thee.
