1 wird geladen ... And Jehovah spake unto Moses in the wilderness of Sinai, in the tent of meeting, on the first day of the second month, in the second year after they were come out of the land of Egypt, saying,

2 wird geladen ... Take ye the sum of all the congregation of the children of Israel, by their families, by their fathers' houses, according to the number of the names, every male, by their polls;

3 wird geladen ... from twenty years old and upward, all that are able to go forth to war in Israel, thou and Aaron shall number them by their hosts.

4 wird geladen ... And with you there shall be a man of every tribe; every one head of his fathers' house.

5 wird geladen ... And these are the names of the men that shall stand with you. Of Reuben: Elizur the son of Shedeur.

6 wird geladen ... Of Simeon: Shelumiel the son of Zurishaddai.

7 wird geladen ... Of Judah: Nahshon the son of Amminadab.

8 wird geladen ... Of Issachar: Nethanel the son of Zuar.

9 wird geladen ... Of Zebulun: Eliab the son of Helon.

10 wird geladen ... Of the children of Joseph: Of Ephraim: Elishama the son of Ammihud. Of Manasseh: Gamaliel the son of Pedahzur.

16 wird geladen ... These are they that were called of the congregation, the princes of the tribes of their fathers; they were the heads of the {Or, families}thousands of Israel.

17 wird geladen ... And Moses and Aaron took these men that are mentioned by name:

18 wird geladen ... And they assembled all the congregation together on the first day of the second month; and they declared their pedigrees after their families, by their fathers' houses, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, by their polls.

19 wird geladen ... As Jehovah commanded Moses, so he numbered them in the wilderness of Sinai.

20 wird geladen ... And the children of Reuben, Israel's first-born, their generations, by their families, by their fathers' houses, according to the number of the names, by their polls, every male from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;

21 wird geladen ... those that were numbered of them, of the tribe of Reuben, were forty and six thousand and five hundred.

22 wird geladen ... Of the children of Simeon, their generations, by their families, by their fathers' houses, those that were numbered thereof, according to the number of the names, by their polls, every male from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;

23 wird geladen ... those that were numbered of them, of the tribe of Simeon, were fifty and nine thousand and three hundred.

24 wird geladen ... Of the children of Gad, their generations, by their families, by their fathers' houses, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;

25 wird geladen ... those that were numbered of them, of the tribe of Gad, were forty and five thousand and fifty.

26 wird geladen ... Of the children of Judah, their generations, by their families, by their fathers' houses, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;

27 wird geladen ... those that were numbered of them, of the tribe of Judah, were threescore and fourteen thousand and six hundred.

28 wird geladen ... Of the children of Issachar, their generations, by their families, by their fathers' houses, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;

29 wird geladen ... those that were numbered of them, of the tribe of Issachar, were fifty and four thousand and four hundred.

30 wird geladen ... Of the children of Zebulun, their generations, by their families, by their fathers' houses, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;

31 wird geladen ... those that were numbered of them, of the tribe of Zebulun, were fifty and seven thousand and four hundred.

32 wird geladen ... Of the children of Joseph, namely the children of Ephraim, their generations, by their families, by their fathers' houses, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;

33 wird geladen ... those that were numbered of them, of the tribe of Ephraim, were forty thousand and five hundred.

34 wird geladen ... Of the children of Manasseh, their generations, by their families, by their fathers' houses, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;

35 wird geladen ... those that were numbered of them, of the tribe of Manasseh, were thirty and two thousand and two hundred.

36 wird geladen ... Of the children of Benjamin, their generations, by their families, by their fathers' houses, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;

37 wird geladen ... those that were numbered of them, of the tribe of Benjamin, were thirty and five thousand and four hundred.

38 wird geladen ... Of the children of Dan, their generations, by their families, by their fathers' houses, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;

39 wird geladen ... those that were numbered of them, of the tribe of Dan, were threescore and two thousand and seven hundred.

40 wird geladen ... Of the children of Asher, their generations, by their families, by their fathers' houses, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;

41 wird geladen ... those that were numbered of them, of the tribe of Asher, were forty and one thousand and five hundred.

42 wird geladen ... Of the children of Napthtali, their generations, by their families, by their fathers' houses, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;

43 wird geladen ... those that were numbered of them, of the tribe of Napthtali, were fifty and three thousand and four hundred.

44 wird geladen ... These are they that were numbered, whom Moses and Aaron numbered, and the princes of Israel, being twelve men: they were each one for his fathers' house.

45 wird geladen ... So all they that were numbered of the children of Israel by their fathers' houses, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war in Israel;

46 wird geladen ... even all they that were numbered were six hundred thousand and three thousand and five hundred and fifty.

47 wird geladen ... But the Levites after the tribe of their fathers were not numbered among them.

48 wird geladen ... For Jehovah spake unto Moses, saying,

49 wird geladen ... Only the tribe of Levi thou shall not number, neither shalt thou take the sum of them among the children of Israel;

50 wird geladen ... but appoint thou the Levites over the tabernacle of the testimony, and over all the furniture thereof, and over all that belongeth to it: they shall bear the tabernacle, and all the furniture thereof; and they shall minister unto it, and shall encamp round about the tabernacle.

51 wird geladen ... And when the tabernacle setteth forward, the Levites shall take it down; and when the tabernacle is to be pitched, the Levites shall set it up: and the stranger that cometh nigh shall be put to death.

52 wird geladen ... And the children of Israel shall pitch their tents, every man by his own camp, and every man by his own standard, according to their hosts.

53 wird geladen ... But the Levites shall encamp round about the tabernacle of the testimony, that there be no wrath upon the congregation of the children of Israel: and the Levites shall keep the charge of the tabernacle of the testimony.

54 wird geladen ... Thus did the children of Israel; according to all that Jehovah commanded Moses, so did they.

1Mo 37,2 wird geladen ... These are the generations of Jacob. Joseph, being seventeen years old, was feeding the flock with his brethren; and he was a lad with the sons of Bilhah, and with the sons of Zilpah, his father's wives: and Joseph brought the evil report of them unto their father.

1Mo 37,12 wird geladen ... And his brethren went to feed their father's flock in Shechem.

1Mo 37,13 wird geladen ... And Israel said unto Joseph, Are not thy brethren feeding the flock in Shechem? come, and I will send thee unto them. And he said to him, Here am I.

1Mo 37,14 wird geladen ... And he said to him, Go now, see whether it is well with thy brethren, and well with the flock; and bring me word again. So he sent him out of the vale of Hebron, and he came to Shechem.

1Mo 37,15 wird geladen ... And a certain man found him, and, behold, he was wandering in the field: and the man asked him, saying, What seekest thou?

1Mo 37,16 wird geladen ... And he said, I am seeking my brethren: tell me, I pray thee, where they are feeding the flock.

1Mo 37,17 wird geladen ... And the man said, They are departed hence; for I heard them say, Let us go to Dothan. And Joseph went after his brethren, and found them in Dothan.

1Mo 37,18 wird geladen ... And they saw him afar off, and before he came near unto them, they conspired against him to slay him.

1Mo 37,19 wird geladen ... And they said one to another, Behold, this {Hebrew: master of dreams.}dreamer cometh.

1Mo 37,20 wird geladen ... Come now therefore, and let us slay him, and cast him into one of the pits, and we will say, An evil beast hath devoured him: and we shall see what will become of his dreams.

1Mo 37,21 wird geladen ... And Reuben heard it, and delivered him out of their hand, and said, Let us not take his life.

1Mo 37,22 wird geladen ... And Reuben said unto them, Shed no blood; cast him into this pit that is in the wilderness, but lay no hand upon him: that he might deliver him out of their hand, to restore him to his father.

1Mo 37,23 wird geladen ... And it came to pass, when Joseph was come unto his brethren, that they stripped Joseph of his coat, the coat of many colors that was on him;

1Mo 37,24 wird geladen ... and they took him, and cast him into the pit: and the pit was empty, there was no water in it.

And they sat down to eat bread: and they lifted up their eyes and looked, and, behold, a caravan of Ishmaelites was coming from Gilead, with their camels bearing {Or, gum tragacanth Or, storax}spicery and {Or, mastic}balm and {Or, ladanum}myrrh, going to carry it down to Egypt.

1Mo 37,27 wird geladen ... Come, and let us sell him to the Ishmaelites, and let not our hand be upon him; for he is our brother, our flesh. And his brethren hearkened unto him.

1Mo 37,28 wird geladen ... And there passed by Midianites, merchantmen; and they drew and lifted up Joseph out of the pit, and sold Joseph to the Ishmaelites for twenty pieces of silver. And they brought Joseph into Egypt.

1Mo 37,29 wird geladen ... And Reuben returned unto the pit; and, behold, Joseph was not in the pit; and he rent his clothes.

1Mo 37,30 wird geladen ... And he returned unto his brethren, and said, The child is not; and I, whither shall I go?

1Mo 37,31 wird geladen ... And they took Joseph's coat, and killed a he-goat, and dipped the coat in the blood;

1Mo 37,32 wird geladen ... and they sent the coat of many colors, and they brought it to their father, and said, This have we found: know now whether it is thy son's coat or not.

1Mo 37,33 wird geladen ... And he knew it, and said, It is my son's coat: an evil beast hath devoured him; Joseph is without doubt torn in pieces.

1Mo 37,34 wird geladen ... And Jacob rent his garments, and put sackcloth upon his loins, and mourned for his son many days.

1Mo 37,35 wird geladen ... And all his sons and all his daughters rose up to comfort him; but he refused to be comforted; and he said, For I will go down to Sheol to my son mourning. And his father wept for him.

1Mo 39,1 wird geladen ... And Joseph was brought down to Egypt; and Potiphar, an officer of Pharaoh's, the captain of the guard, an Egyptian, bought him of the hand of the Ishmaelites, that had brought him down thither.

1Mo 39,2 wird geladen ... And Jehovah was with Joseph, and he was a prosperous man; and he was in the house of his master the Egyptian.

1Mo 39,3 wird geladen ... And his master saw that Jehovah was with him, and that Jehovah made all that he did to prosper in his hand.

1Mo 39,4 wird geladen ... And Joseph found favor in his sight, and he ministered unto him: and he made him overseer over his house, and all that he had he put into his hand.

1Mo 39,5 wird geladen ... And it came to pass from the time that he made him overseer in his house, and over all that he had, that Jehovah blessed the Egyptian's house for Joseph's sake; and the blessing of Jehovah was upon all that he had, in the house and in the field.

1Mo 39,6 wird geladen ... And he left all that he had in Joseph's hand; and {Or, with him he knew not}he knew not aught that was with him, save the bread which he did eat. And Joseph was comely, and well-favored.

1Mo 39,7 wird geladen ... And it came to pass after these things, that his master's wife cast her eyes upon Joseph; and she said, Lie with me.

1Mo 39,8 wird geladen ... But he refused, and said unto his master's wife, Behold, my master {Or, knoweth not with me what is &c.}knoweth not what is with me in the house, and he hath put all that he hath into my hand:

1Mo 39,9 wird geladen ... he is not greater in this house than I; neither hath he kept back anything from me but thee, because thou art his wife: how then can I do this great wickedness, and sin against God?

1Mo 39,10 wird geladen ... And it came to pass, as she spake to Joseph day by day, that he hearkened not unto her, to lie by her, or to be with her.

1Mo 39,11 wird geladen ... And it came to pass about this time, that he went into the house to do his work; and there was none of the men of the house there within.

1Mo 39,12 wird geladen ... And she caught him by his garment, saying, Lie with me: and he left his garment in her hand, and fled, and got him out.

1Mo 39,14 wird geladen ... that she called unto the men of her house, and spake unto them, saying, See, he hath brought in a Hebrew unto us to mock us: he came in unto me to lie with me, and I cried with a loud voice:

1Mo 39,15 wird geladen ... and it came to pass, when he heard that I lifted up my voice and cried, that he left his garment by me, and fled, and got him out.

1Mo 39,17 wird geladen ... And she spake unto him according to these words, saying, The Hebrew servant, whom thou hast brought unto us, came in unto me to mock me:

1Mo 39,18 wird geladen ... and it came to pass, as I lifted up my voice and cried, that he left his garment by me, and fled out.

1Mo 39,19 wird geladen ... And it came to pass, when his master heard the words of his wife, which she spake unto him, saying, After this manner did thy servant to me; that his wrath was kindled.

1Mo 39,20 wird geladen ... And Joseph's master took him, and put him into the prison, the place where the king's prisoners were bound: and he was there in the prison.

1Mo 39,21 wird geladen ... But Jehovah was with Joseph, and showed kindness unto him, and gave him favor in the sight of the keeper of the prison.

1Mo 39,22 wird geladen ... And the keeper of the prison committed to Joseph's hand all the prisoners that were in the prison; and whatsoever they did there, he was the doer of it.

1Mo 39,23 wird geladen ... The keeper of the prison looked not to anything that was under his hand, because Jehovah was with him; and that which he did, Jehovah made it to prosper.

1Mo 46,20 wird geladen ... And unto Joseph in the land of Egypt were born Manasseh and Ephraim, whom Asenath, the daughter of Poti-phera priest of On, bare unto him.

1Mo 48,1 wird geladen ... And it came to pass after these things, that one said to Joseph, Behold, thy father is sick: and he took with him his two sons, Manasseh and Ephraim.

1Mo 48,2 wird geladen ... And one told Jacob, and said, Behold, thy son Joseph cometh unto thee: and Israel strengthened himself, and sat upon the bed.

1Mo 48,3 wird geladen ... And Jacob said unto Joseph, {Hebrew: El Shaddai.}God Almighty appeared unto me at Luz in the land of Canaan, and blessed me,

1Mo 48,4 wird geladen ... and said unto me, Behold, I will make thee fruitful, and multiply thee, and I will make of thee a company of peoples, and will give this land to thy seed after thee for an everlasting possession.

1Mo 48,5 wird geladen ... And now thy two sons, who were born unto thee in the land of Egypt before I came unto thee into Egypt, are mine; Ephraim and Manasseh, even as Reuben and Simeon, shall be mine.

1Mo 48,6 wird geladen ... And thy issue, that thou {Or, hast begotten}begettest after them, shall be thine; they shall be called after the name of their brethren in their inheritance.

1Mo 48,7 wird geladen ... And as for me, when I came from Paddan, Rachel died {Or, to my sorrow}by me in the land of Canaan in the way, when there was still some distance to come unto Ephrath: and I buried her there in the way to Ephrath (the same is Beth-lehem).

1Mo 48,8 wird geladen ... And Israel beheld Joseph's sons, and said, Who are these?

1Mo 48,9 wird geladen ... And Joseph said unto his father, They are my sons, whom God hath given me here. And he said, Bring them, I pray thee, unto me, and I will bless them.

1Mo 48,10 wird geladen ... Now the eyes of Israel were dim for age, so that he could not see. And he brought them near unto him; and he kissed them, and embraced them.

1Mo 48,11 wird geladen ... And Israel said unto Joseph, I had not thought to see thy face: and, lo, God hath let me see thy seed also.

1Mo 48,12 wird geladen ... And Joseph brought them out from between his knees; and he bowed himself with his face to the earth.

1Mo 48,13 wird geladen ... And Joseph took them both, Ephraim in his right hand toward Israel's left hand, and Manasseh in his left hand toward Israel's right hand, and brought them near unto him.

1Mo 48,14 wird geladen ... And Israel stretched out his right hand, and laid it upon Ephraim's head, who was the younger, and his left hand upon Manasseh's head, {Or, crossing his hands}guiding his hands wittingly; for Manasseh was the first-born.

1Mo 48,15 wird geladen ... And he blessed Joseph, and said, The God before whom my fathers Abraham and Isaac did walk, the God who hath fed me all my life long unto this day,

1Mo 48,16 wird geladen ... the angel who hath redeemed me from all evil, bless the lads; and let my name be named on them, and the name of my fathers Abraham and Isaac; and let them grow into a multitude in the midst of the earth.

1Mo 48,17 wird geladen ... And when Joseph saw that his father laid his right hand upon the head of Ephraim, it displeased him: and he held up his father's hand, to remove it from Ephraim's head unto Manasseh's head.

1Mo 48,18 wird geladen ... And Joseph said unto his father, Not so, my father; for this is the first-born; put thy right hand upon his head.

1Mo 48,19 wird geladen ... And his father refused, and said, I know it, my son, I know it. He also shall become a people, and he also shall be great: howbeit his younger brother shall be greater than he, and his seed shall become {Hebrew: fullness.}a multitude of nations.

1Mo 48,20 wird geladen ... And he blessed them that day, saying, {Or, By}In thee will Israel bless, saying, God make thee as Ephraim and as Manasseh: and he set Ephraim before Manasseh.

1Mo 48,21 wird geladen ... And Israel said unto Joseph, Behold, I die: but God will be with you, and bring you again unto the land of your fathers.

1Mo 48,22 wird geladen ... Moreover I have given to thee one {Or, mountain slope Hebrew: shechem, shoulder.}portion above thy brethren, which I took out of the hand of the Amorite with my sword and with my bow.

1Mo 49,22 wird geladen ... Joseph is {Hebrew: the son of a fruitful tree.}a fruitful bough,A fruitful bough by a fountain;His {Hebrew: daughters.}branches run over the wall.

1Mo 49,23 wird geladen ... The archers have sorely grieved him,And shot at him, and persecuted him:

1Mo 49,24 wird geladen ... But his bow abode in strength,And the arms of his hands were made {Or, active}strong,By the hands of the Mighty One of Jacob( {Or, From hence from the shepherd Or, as otherwise read, By the name of the shepherd}From thence is the shepherd, the stone of Israel),

1Mo 49,25 wird geladen ... Even by the God of thy father, who shall help thee,And by the Almighty, who shall bless thee,With blessings of heaven above,Blessings of the deep that coucheth beneath,Blessings of the breasts, and of the womb.

1Mo 49,26 wird geladen ... The blessings of thy fatherHave prevailed above the blessings of my progenitorsUnto the utmost bound of the everlasting hills:They shall be on the head of Joseph,And on the crown of the head of him {Or, that is prince among}that was separate from his brethren.

5Mo 33,17 wird geladen ... {Or, His firstling bullock}The firstling of his herd, majesty is his;And his horns are the horns of the wild-ox:With them he shall {Or, gore}push the peoples all of them, even the ends of the earth:And they are the ten thousands of Ephraim,And they are the thousands of Manasseh.
