2 wird geladen ... to whom the word of Jehovah came in the days of Josiah the son of Amon, king of Judah, in the thirteenth year of his reign.

3 wird geladen ... It came also in the days of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah, king of Judah, unto the end of the eleventh year of Zedekiah, the son of Josiah, king of Judah, unto the carrying away of Jerusalem captive in the fifth month.

4 wird geladen ... Now the word of Jehovah came unto me, saying,

5 wird geladen ... Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee, and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee; I have appointed thee a prophet unto the nations.

6 wird geladen ... Then said I, Ah, Lord Jehovah! behold, I know not how to speak; for I am a child.

7 wird geladen ... But Jehovah said unto me, Say not, I am a child; for {Or, on whatsoever errand}to whomsoever I shall send thee thou shalt go, and whatsoever I shall command thee thou shalt speak.

8 wird geladen ... Be not afraid because of them; for I am with thee to deliver thee, saith Jehovah.

9 wird geladen ... Then Jehovah put forth his hand, and touched my mouth; and Jehovah said unto me, Behold, I have put my words in thy mouth:

10 wird geladen ... see, I have this day set thee over the nations and over the kingdoms, to pluck up and to break down and to destroy and to overthrow, to build and to plant.

11 wird geladen ... Moreover the word of Jehovah came unto me, saying, Jeremiah, what seest thou? And I said, I see a rod of {Hebrew: shaked.}an almond-tree.

12 wird geladen ... Then said Jehovah unto me, Thou hast well seen: for I {Hebrew: shoked.}watch over my word to perform it.

13 wird geladen ... And the word of Jehovah came unto me the second time, saying, What seest thou? And I said, I see a boiling caldron; and the face thereof is from the north.

14 wird geladen ... Then Jehovah said unto me, Out of the north evil {Hebrew: shall be opened.}shall break forth upon all the inhabitants of the land.

15 wird geladen ... For, lo, I will call all the families of the kingdoms of the north, saith Jehovah; and they shall come, and they shall set every one his throne at the entrance of the gates of Jerusalem, and against all the walls thereof round about, and against all the cities of Judah.

16 wird geladen ... And I will {Or, speak with them of my judgements}utter my judgments against them touching all their wickedness, in that they have forsaken me, and have burned incense unto other gods, and worshipped the works of their own hands.

17 wird geladen ... Thou therefore gird up thy loins, and arise, and speak unto them all that I command thee: be not dismayed at them, lest I dismay thee before them.

18 wird geladen ... For, behold, I have made thee this day a fortified city, and an iron pillar, and brazen walls, against the whole land, against the kings of Judah, against the princes thereof, against the priests thereof, and against the people of the land.

19 wird geladen ... And they shall fight against thee; but they shall not prevail against thee: for I am with thee, saith Jehovah, to deliver thee.

Jer 6,27 wird geladen ... I have made thee a {Or, tower}trier and a fortress among my people; that thou mayest know and try their way.

Jer 21,4 wird geladen ... Thus saith Jehovah, the God of Israel, Behold, I will turn back the weapons of war that are in your hands, wherewith ye fight against the king of Babylon, and against the Chaldeans that besiege you, without the walls; and I will gather them into the midst of this city.

Jer 21,5 wird geladen ... And I myself will fight against you with an outstretched hand and with a strong arm, even in anger, and in wrath, and in great indignation.

Jer 21,6 wird geladen ... And I will smite the inhabitants of this city, both man and beast: they shall die of a great pestilence.

Jer 21,7 wird geladen ... And afterward, saith Jehovah, I will deliver Zedekiah king of Judah, and his servants, and the people, even such as are left in this city from the pestilence, from the sword, and from the famine, into the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, and into the hand of their enemies, and into the hand of those that seek their life: and he shall smite them with the edge of the sword; he shall not spare them, neither have pity, nor have mercy.

Jer 21,8 wird geladen ... And unto this people thou shalt say, Thus saith Jehovah: Behold, I set before you the way of life and the way of death.

Jer 21,9 wird geladen ... He that abideth in this city shall die by the sword, and by the famine, and by the pestilence; but he that goeth out, and passeth over to the Chaldeans that besiege you, he shall live, and his life shall be unto him for a prey.

Jer 21,10 wird geladen ... For I have set my face upon this city for evil, and not for good, saith Jehovah: it shall be given into the hand of the king of Babylon, and he shall burn it with fire.

Jer 21,11 wird geladen ... And touching the house of the king of Judah, hear ye the word of Jehovah:

Jer 21,12 wird geladen ... O house of David, thus saith Jehovah, Execute justice in the morning, and deliver him that is robbed out of the hand of the oppressor, lest my wrath go forth like fire, and burn so that none can quench it, because of the evil of {Another reading is, their.}your doings.

Jer 21,13 wird geladen ... Behold, I am against thee, O {Hebrew: inhabitress.}inhabitant of the valley, {Or, and rock}and of the rock of the plain, saith Jehovah; you that say, Who shall come down against us? or who shall enter into our habitations?

Jer 21,14 wird geladen ... And I will punish you according to the fruit of your doings, saith Jehovah; and I will kindle a fire in her forest, and it shall devour all that is round about her.

Jer 15,20 wird geladen ... And I will make thee unto this people a fortified brazen wall; and they shall fight against thee, but they shall not prevail against thee; for I am with thee to save thee and to deliver thee, saith Jehovah.

Jer 22,1 wird geladen ... Thus said Jehovah: Go down to the house of the king of Judah, and speak there this word,

Jer 22,2 wird geladen ... And say, Hear the word of Jehovah, O king of Judah, that sittest upon the throne of David, thou, and thy servants, and thy people that enter in by these gates.

Jer 22,3 wird geladen ... Thus saith Jehovah: Execute ye justice and righteousness, and deliver him that is robbed out of the hand of the oppressor: and do no wrong, do no violence, to the sojourner, the fatherless, nor the widow; neither shed innocent blood in this place.

Jer 22,4 wird geladen ... For if ye do this thing indeed, then shall there enter in by the gates of this house kings sitting {Hebrew: for David upon his throne.}upon the throne of David, riding in chariots and on horses, he, and his servants, and his people.

Jer 22,5 wird geladen ... But if ye will not hear these words, I swear by myself, saith Jehovah, that this house shall become a desolation.

Jer 22,6 wird geladen ... For thus saith Jehovah {Or, unto}concerning the house of the king of Judah: Thou art Gilead unto me, and the head of Lebanon; yet surely I will make thee a wilderness, and cities which are not inhabited.

Jer 22,7 wird geladen ... And I will {Hebrew: sanctify.}prepare destroyers against thee, every one with his weapons; and they shall cut down thy choice cedars, and cast them into the fire.

Jer 22,8 wird geladen ... And many nations shall pass by this city, and they shall say every man to his neighbor, Wherefore hath Jehovah done thus unto this great city?

Jer 22,9 wird geladen ... Then they shall answer, Because they forsook the covenant of Jehovah their God, and worshipped other gods, and served them.

Jer 22,10 wird geladen ... Weep ye not for the dead, neither bemoan him; but weep sore for him that goeth away; for he shall return no more, nor see his native country.

Jer 22,11 wird geladen ... For thus saith Jehovah touching {In 2 Kings 23:30, Jehoahaz. Compare 1 Chronicles 3:15.}Shallum the son of Josiah, king of Judah, who reigned instead of Josiah his father, and who went forth out of this place: He shall not return thither any more;

Jer 22,12 wird geladen ... but in the place whither they have led him captive, there shall he die, and he shall see this land no more.

Jer 22,13 wird geladen ... Woe unto him that buildeth his house by unrighteousness, and his chambers by injustice; that useth his neighbor's service without wages, and giveth him not his hire;

Jer 22,14 wird geladen ... that saith, I will build me a wide house and spacious chambers, and cutteth him out windows; and it is ceiled with cedar, and painted with vermilion.

Jer 22,15 wird geladen ... Shalt thou reign, because thou {Or, viest with the cedar}strivest to excel in cedar? Did not thy father eat and drink, and do justice and righteousness? then it was well with him.

Jer 22,16 wird geladen ... He judged the cause of the poor and needy; then it was well. Was not this to know me? saith Jehovah.

Jer 22,17 wird geladen ... But thine eyes and thy heart are not but for thy {Or, dishonest gain}covetousness, and for shedding innocent blood, and for oppression, and for violence, to do it.

Jer 22,18 wird geladen ... Therefore thus saith Jehovah concerning Jehoiakim the son of Josiah, king of Judah: they shall not lament for him, saying, Ah my brother! or, Ah sister! They shall not lament for him, saying Ah lord! or, Ah his glory!

Jer 22,19 wird geladen ... He shall be buried with the burial of an ass, drawn and cast forth beyond the gates of Jerusalem.

Jer 22,20 wird geladen ... Go up to Lebanon, and cry; and lift up thy voice in Bashan, and cry from Abarim; for all thy lovers are destroyed.

Jer 22,21 wird geladen ... I spake unto thee in thy prosperity; but thou saidst, I will not hear. This hath been thy manner from thy youth, that thou obeyedst not my voice.

Jer 22,22 wird geladen ... The wind shall {Or, feed upon}feed all thy shepherds, and thy lovers shall go into captivity: surely then shalt thou be ashamed and confounded for all thy wickedness.

Jer 22,30 wird geladen ... Thus saith Jehovah, Write ye this man childless, a man that shall not prosper in his days; for no more shall a man of his seed prosper, sitting upon the throne of David, and ruling in Judah.

Jes 50,7 wird geladen ... For the Lord Jehovah will help me; therefore have I not been confounded: therefore have I set my face like a flint, and I know that I shall not be put to shame.
