Vers

1 wird geladen ... The plans of the heart belong to man;
But the answer of the tongue is from Jehovah.

2 wird geladen ... All the ways of a man are clean in his own eyes;
But Jehovah weigheth the spirits.

3 wird geladen ... {Hebrew: Roll.}Commit thy works unto Jehovah,
And thy purposes shall be established.

4 wird geladen ... Jehovah hath made everything for {Or, his own purpose}its own end;
Yea, even the wicked for the day of evil.

5 wird geladen ... Every one that is proud in heart is an abomination to Jehovah:
Though hand join in hand, he shall not be unpunished.

6 wird geladen ... By mercy and truth iniquity is atoned for;
And by the fear of Jehovah men depart from evil.

7 wird geladen ... When a man's ways please Jehovah,
He maketh even his enemies to be at peace with him.

8 wird geladen ... Better is a little, with righteousness,
Than great revenues with injustice.

9 wird geladen ... A man's heart deviseth his way;
But Jehovah directeth his steps.

10 wird geladen ... {Hebrew: Divination.}A divine sentence is in the lips of the king;
His mouth shall not transgress in judgment.

11 wird geladen ... A just balance and scales are Jehovah's;
All the weights of the bag are his work.

12 wird geladen ... It is an abomination to kings to commit wickedness;
For the throne is established by righteousness.

13 wird geladen ... Righteous lips are the delight of kings;
And they love him that speaketh right.

14 wird geladen ... The wrath of a king is as messengers of death;
But a wise man will pacify it.

15 wird geladen ... In the light of the king's countenance is life;
And his favor is as a cloud of the latter rain.

16 wird geladen ... How much better is it to get wisdom than gold!
Yea, to get understanding is rather to be chosen than silver.

17 wird geladen ... The highway of the upright is to depart from evil:
He that keepeth his way preserveth his soul.

18 wird geladen ... Pride goeth before destruction,
And a haughty spirit before a fall.

19 wird geladen ... Better it is to be of a lowly spirit with the {Or, meek}poor,
Than to divide the spoil with the proud.

20 wird geladen ... He that {Or, handleth a matter wisely}giveth heed unto the word shall find good;
And whoso trusteth in Jehovah, happy is he.

21 wird geladen ... The wise in heart shall be called prudent;
And the sweetness of the lips increaseth learning.

22 wird geladen ... Understanding is a well-spring of life unto him that hath it;
But the correction of fools is their folly.

23 wird geladen ... The heart of the wise instructeth his mouth,
And addeth learning to his lips.

24 wird geladen ... Pleasant words are as a honeycomb,
Sweet to the soul, and health to the bones.

25 wird geladen ... There is a way which {Or, is straight before}seemeth right unto a man,
But the end thereof are the ways of death.

26 wird geladen ... The appetite of the laboring man laboreth for him;
For his mouth urgeth him thereto.

27 wird geladen ... A worthless man {Hebrew: diggeth.}deviseth mischief;
And in his lips there is as a scorching fire.

28 wird geladen ... A perverse man scattereth abroad strife;
And a whisperer {Or, alienateth his friend}separateth chief friends.

29 wird geladen ... A man of violence enticeth his neighbor,
And leadeth him in a way that is not good.

30 wird geladen ... {Or, He that shutteth his eyes to devise perverse things, That compresseth his lips, bringeth &c.}He that shutteth his eyes, it is to devise perverse things:
He that compresseth his lips bringeth evil to pass.

31 wird geladen ... The hoary head is a crown of {Or, beauty}glory;
{Or, If it be found}It shall be found in the way of righteousness.

32 wird geladen ... He that is slow to anger is better than the mighty;
And he that ruleth his spirit, than he that taketh a city.

33 wird geladen ... The lot is cast into the lap;
But the whole disposing thereof is of Jehovah.

Dan 3,14 wird geladen ... Nebuchadnezzar answered and said unto them, Is it of purpose, O Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego, that ye serve not my god, nor worship the golden image which I have set up?

Dan 3,19 wird geladen ... Then was Nebuchadnezzar full of fury, and the form of his visage was changed against Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego: therefore he spake, and commanded that they should heat the furnace seven times more than it was wont to be heated.

Dan 3,20 wird geladen ... And he commanded certain mighty men that were in his army to bind Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego, and to cast them into the burning fiery furnace.

Dan 3,21 wird geladen ... Then these men were bound in their hosen, their {Or, turbans}tunics, and their mantles, and their other garments, and were cast into the midst of the burning fiery furnace.

Dan 3,22 wird geladen ... Therefore because the king's commandment was urgent, and the furnace exceeding hot, the flame of the fire slew those men that took up Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego.

Dan 3,23 wird geladen ... And these three men, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego, fell down bound into the midst of the burning fiery furnace.

Dan 3,24 wird geladen ... Then Nebuchadnezzar the king was astonished, and rose up in haste: he spake and said unto his counsellors, Did not we cast three men bound into the midst of the fire? They answered and said unto the king, True, O king.

Dan 3,25 wird geladen ... He answered and said, Lo, I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire, and they have no hurt; and the aspect of the fourth is like a son of the gods.
