Make a joyful noise unto God, all the earth:

2 wird geladen ... Sing forth the glory of his name:
Make his praise glorious.

3 wird geladen ... Say unto God, How terrible are thy works!
Through the greatness of thy power shall thine enemies {Or, yield feigned obedience Hebrew: lie.}submit themselves unto thee.

4 wird geladen ... All the earth shall worship thee,
And shall sing unto thee;
They shall sing to thy name.

5 wird geladen ... Come, and see the works of God;
He is terrible in his doing toward the children of men.

6 wird geladen ... He turned the sea into dry land;
They went through the river on foot:
There {Or, let us rejoice}did we rejoice in him.

7 wird geladen ... He ruleth by his might for ever;
His eyes observe the nations:
Let not the rebellious exalt themselves. [Selah

8 wird geladen ... Oh bless our God, ye peoples,
And make the voice of his praise to be heard;

9 wird geladen ... Who {Hebrew: putteth.}holdeth our soul in life,
And suffereth not our feet to be moved.

10 wird geladen ... For thou, O God, hast proved us:
Thou hast tried us, as silver is tried.

11 wird geladen ... Thou broughtest us into the net;
Thou layedst a sore burden upon our loins.

12 wird geladen ... Thou didst cause men to ride over our heads;
We went through fire and through water;
But thou broughtest us out into {Hebrew: abundance.}a wealthy place.

13 wird geladen ... I will come into thy house with burnt-offerings;
I will pay thee my vows,

14 wird geladen ... Which my lips uttered,
And my mouth spake, when I was in distress.

15 wird geladen ... I will offer unto thee burnt-offerings of fatlings,
With the incense of rams;
I will offer bullocks with goats.

16 wird geladen ... Come, and hear, all ye that fear God,
And I will declare what he hath done for my soul.

17 wird geladen ... I cried unto him with my mouth,
And {Or, as otherwise read. high praise was under my tongue}he was extolled with my tongue.

18 wird geladen ... If I {Or, had regarded}regard iniquity in my heart,
The Lord {Or, would}will not hear:

19 wird geladen ... But verily God hath heard;
He hath attended to the voice of my prayer.

20 wird geladen ... Blessed be God,
Who hath not turned away my prayer,
Nor his lovingkindness from me.

Klgl 3,14 wird geladen ... I am become a derision to all my people, and their song all the day.

Klgl 3,15 wird geladen ... He hath filled me with bitterness, he hath sated me with wormwood.

Klgl 3,16 wird geladen ... He hath also broken my teeth with gravel stones; he hath covered me with ashes.

Klgl 3,17 wird geladen ... And thou hast {Or, cast off}removed my soul far off from peace; I forgat prosperity.

Klgl 3,18 wird geladen ... And I said, My strength is perished, and mine expectation from Jehovah.

Klgl 3,19 wird geladen ... Remember mine affliction and my {Or, wandering}misery, the wormwood and the gall.

Klgl 3,20 wird geladen ... My soul hath them still in remembrance, and is bowed down within me.

Klgl 3,21 wird geladen ... This I recall to my mind; therefore have I hope.

Klgl 3,22 wird geladen ... It is of Jehovah's lovingkindnesses that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not.

Klgl 3,23 wird geladen ... They are new every morning; great is thy faithfulness.

Klgl 3,24 wird geladen ... Jehovah is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will I hope in him.

Klgl 3,25 wird geladen ... Jehovah is good unto them that wait for him, to the soul that seeketh him.

Klgl 3,26 wird geladen ... It is good that a man should hope and quietly wait for the salvation of Jehovah.

Klgl 3,27 wird geladen ... It is good for a man that he bear the yoke in his youth.

Klgl 3,28 wird geladen ... {Or, he sitteth &c. (so through verse 28-30)}Let him sit alone and keep silence, because he hath laid it upon him.

Klgl 3,29 wird geladen ... Let him put his mouth in the dust, if so be there may be hope.

Klgl 3,30 wird geladen ... Let him give his cheek to him that smiteth him; let him be filled full with reproach.

Klgl 3,31 wird geladen ... For the Lord will not cast off for ever.

Klgl 3,32 wird geladen ... For though he cause grief, yet will he have compassion according to the multitude of his lovingkindnesses.

Klgl 3,33 wird geladen ... For he doth not afflict {Hebrew: from his heart.}willingly, nor grieve the children of men.

Klgl 3,34 wird geladen ... To crush under foot all the prisoners of the earth,

Klgl 3,35 wird geladen ... To turn aside the right of a man before the face of the Most High,

Klgl 3,36 wird geladen ... To subvert a man in his cause, the Lord {Hebrew: seeth not.}approveth not.

Klgl 3,37 wird geladen ... Who is he that saith, and it cometh to pass, when the Lord commandeth it not?

Klgl 3,38 wird geladen ... Out of the mouth of the Most High cometh there not evil and good?

Klgl 3,39 wird geladen ... Wherefore doth a living man complain, {Or, a man that is in his sins}a man for the punishment of his sins?

Klgl 3,40 wird geladen ... Let us search and try our ways, and turn again to Jehovah.

Klgl 3,41 wird geladen ... Let us lift up our heart with our hands unto God in the heavens.

Klgl 3,42 wird geladen ... We have transgressed and have rebelled; thou hast not pardoned.

Klgl 3,43 wird geladen ... Thou hast {Or, covered thyself}covered with anger and pursued us; thou hast slain, thou hast not pitied.

Klgl 3,44 wird geladen ... Thou hast covered thyself with a cloud, so that no prayer can pass through.

Klgl 3,45 wird geladen ... Thou hast made us an offscouring and refuse in the midst of the peoples.

Klgl 3,46 wird geladen ... All our enemies have opened their mouth wide against us.

Klgl 3,47 wird geladen ... Fear and the pit are come upon us, {Or, tumult}devastation and destruction.

Klgl 3,48 wird geladen ... Mine eye runneth down with streams of water, for the destruction of the daughter of my people.

Klgl 3,49 wird geladen ... Mine eye poureth down, and ceaseth not, without any intermission,

Klgl 3,50 wird geladen ... Till Jehovah look down, and behold from heaven.

Klgl 3,51 wird geladen ... Mine eye affecteth my soul, because of all the daughters of my city.

Klgl 3,52 wird geladen ... They have chased me sore like a bird, they that are mine enemies without cause.

Klgl 3,53 wird geladen ... They have cut off my life in the dungeon, and have cast a stone upon me.

Klgl 3,54 wird geladen ... Waters flowed over my head; I said, I am cut off.

Klgl 3,55 wird geladen ... I called upon thy name, O Jehovah, out of the lowest dungeon.

Klgl 3,56 wird geladen ... Thou heardest my voice; hide not thine ear at my breathing, at my cry.

Klgl 3,57 wird geladen ... Thou drewest near in the day that I called upon thee; thou saidst, Fear not.

Klgl 3,58 wird geladen ... O Lord, thou hast pleaded the causes of my soul; thou hast redeemed my life.

Klgl 3,59 wird geladen ... O Jehovah, thou hast seen my wrong; judge thou my cause.

Klgl 3,60 wird geladen ... Thou hast seen all their vengeance and all their devices against me.

Klgl 3,61 wird geladen ... Thou hast heard their reproach, O Jehovah, and all their devices against me,

Klgl 3,62 wird geladen ... The lips of those that rose up against me, and their device against me all the day.

Klgl 3,63 wird geladen ... Behold thou their sitting down, and their rising up; I am their song.

Klgl 3,64 wird geladen ... Thou wilt render unto them a recompense, O Jehovah, according to the work of their hands.

Klgl 3,65 wird geladen ... Thou wilt give them {Or, blindness Hebrew: covering.}hardness of heart, thy curse unto them.

Klgl 3,66 wird geladen ... Thou wilt pursue them in anger, and destroy them from under the heavens of Jehovah.

Hos 7,12 wird geladen ... When they shall go, I will spread my net upon them; I will bring them down as the birds of the heavens; I will chastise them, {Or, when the report cometh to their congregation}as their congregation hath heard.

Mt 6,13 wird geladen ... And bring us not into temptation, but deliver us from {Or, evil}the evil one. {Many authorities, some ancient, but with variations add For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory for ever. Amen. }
