2 wird geladen ... Take with you words, and return unto Jehovah: say unto him, Take away all iniquity, and {Or, receive us graciously}accept that which is good: so will we render as bullocks the offering of our lips.

3 wird geladen ... Assyria shall not save us; we will not ride upon horses; neither will we say any more to the work of our hands, Ye are our gods; for in thee the fatherless findeth mercy.

4 wird geladen ... I will heal their backsliding, I will love them freely; for mine anger is turned away from him.

5 wird geladen ... I will be as the dew unto Israel; he shall blossom as the lily, and cast forth his roots as Lebanon.

6 wird geladen ... His branches shall spread, and his beauty shall be as the olive-tree, and his smell as Lebanon.

7 wird geladen ... They that dwell under his shadow shall return; they shall revive as the grain, and blossom as the vine: {Or, his memorial}the scent thereof shall be as the wine of Lebanon.

8 wird geladen ... {Or, O Ephraim, what &c.}Ephraim shall say, What have I to do any more with idols? I have answered, and will regard him: I am like a green fir-tree; from me is thy fruit found.

9 wird geladen ... Who is wise, that he may understand these things? prudent, that he may know them? for the ways of Jehovah are right, and the just shall walk in them; but transgressors shall fall therein.

Hes 31,7 wird geladen ... Thus was it fair in its greatness, in the length of its branches; for its root was by {Or, great}many waters.

Hes 31,8 wird geladen ... The cedars in the garden of God could not hide it; the fir-trees were not like its boughs, and the plane-trees were not as its branches; nor was any tree in the garden of God like unto it in its beauty.

Hes 31,9 wird geladen ... I made it fair by the multitude of its branches, so that all the trees of Eden, that were in the garden of God, envied it.

Hes 31,10 wird geladen ... Therefore thus {Or, saith}said the Lord Jehovah: Because thou art exalted in stature, and he hath set his top among the {Or, clouds}thick boughs, and his heart is lifted up in his height;

Röm 11,24 wird geladen ... For if thou wast cut out of that which is by nature a wild olive tree, and wast grafted contrary to nature into a good olive tree; how much more shall these, which are the natural branches, be grafted into their own olive tree?
