Vers

Blessed be Jehovah my rock,
Who teacheth my hands to war,
And my fingers to fight:

2 wird geladen ... My lovingkindness, and my fortress,
My high tower, and my deliverer;
My shield, and he in whom I take refuge;
Who subdueth my people under me.

3 wird geladen ... Jehovah, what is man, that thou takest knowledge of him?
Or the son of man, that thou makest account of him?

4 wird geladen ... Man is like to {Hebrew: a breath.}vanity:
His days are as a shadow that passeth away.

5 wird geladen ... Bow thy heavens, O Jehovah, and come down:
Touch the mountains, and they shall smoke.

6 wird geladen ... Cast forth lightning, and scatter them;
Send out thine arrows, and discomfit them.

7 wird geladen ... Stretch forth thy hand from above;
Rescue me, and deliver me out of great waters,
Out of the hand of aliens;

8 wird geladen ... Whose mouth speaketh deceit,
And whose right hand is a right hand of falsehood.

9 wird geladen ... I will sing a new song unto thee, O God:
Upon a psaltery of ten strings will I sing praises unto thee.

10 wird geladen ... Thou art he that giveth salvation unto kings;
Who rescueth David his servant from the hurtful sword.

11 wird geladen ... Rescue me, and deliver me out of the hand of aliens,
Whose mouth speaketh deceit,
And whose right hand is a right hand of falsehood.

12 wird geladen ... When our sons shall be as plants grown up in their youth,
And our daughters as corner-stones hewn after the fashion of a palace;

13 wird geladen ... When our garners are full, affording all manner of store,
And our sheep bring forth thousands and ten thousands in our fields;

14 wird geladen ... When our oxen are well laden;
When there is no breaking in, and no {Or, sallying}going forth,
And no outcry in our streets:

15 wird geladen ... Happy is the people that is in such a case;
Yea, happy is the people whose God is Jehovah.

Jes 45,4 wird geladen ... For Jacob my servant's sake, and Israel my chosen, I have called thee by thy name: I have surnamed thee, though thou hast not known me.

Jes 45,5 wird geladen ... I am Jehovah, and there is none else; besides me there is no God. I will gird thee, though thou hast not known me;

Jes 45,6 wird geladen ... that they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the west, that there is none besides me: I am Jehovah, and there is none else.

Ps 140,7 wird geladen ... O Jehovah the Lord, the strength of my salvation,Thou hast covered my head in the day of battle.

Ps 33,16 wird geladen ... There is no king saved by {Or, a great power}the multitude of a host:A mighty man is not delivered by great strength.

Ps 33,17 wird geladen ... A horse is a vain thing for safety;Neither doth he deliver any by his great power.

Jer 27,6 wird geladen ... And now have I given all these lands into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon, my servant; and the beasts of the field also have I given him to serve him.

Jer 27,7 wird geladen ... And all the nations shall serve him, and his son, and his son's son, until the time of his own land come: and then many nations and great kings shall make him their bondman.

Jer 27,8 wird geladen ... And it shall come to pass, that the nation and the kingdom which will not serve the same Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, and that will not put their neck under the yoke of the king of Babylon, that nation will I punish, saith Jehovah, with the sword, and with the famine, and with the pestilence, until I have consumed them by his hand.

2Sam 5,22 wird geladen ... And the Philistines came up yet again, and spread themselves in the valley of Rephaim.

2Sam 5,23 wird geladen ... And when David inquired of Jehovah, he said, Thou shalt not go up: make a circuit behind them, and come upon them over against the {Or, balsam-trees}mulberry-trees.

2Sam 5,24 wird geladen ... And it shall be, when thou hearest the sound of marching in the tops of the mulberry-trees, that then thou shalt bestir thyself; for then is Jehovah gone out before thee to smite the host of the Philistines.

2Sam 5,25 wird geladen ... And David did so, as Jehovah commanded him, and smote the Philistines from {In 1 Chronicles 14:16, Gibeon.}Geba until thou come to Gezer.

1Sam 17,46 wird geladen ... This day will Jehovah deliver thee into my hand; and I will smite thee, and take thy head from off thee; and I will give the dead bodies of the host of the Philistines this day unto the birds of the heavens, and to the wild beasts of the earth; that all the earth may know that there is a God in Israel,

2Sam 8,13 wird geladen ... And David gat him a name when he returned from smiting {Edom, in 1 Chronicles 18:11, 12; Psalm 60 title.}the Syrians in the Valley of Salt, even eighteen thousand men.

2Sam 8,14 wird geladen ... And he put garrisons in Edom; throughout all Edom put he garrisons, and all the Edomites became servants to David. And Jehovah gave victory to David whithersoever he went.

2Sam 21,16 wird geladen ... and Ishbibenob, who was of the sons of the {Hebrew: Raphah.}giant, the weight of whose spear was three hundred shekels of brass in weight, he being girded with {Or, new armor}a new sword, thought to have slain David.
