How hast thou saved the arm that hath no strength!

And plentifully declared sound knowledge!

And whose {Hebrew: breath}spirit came forth from thee?

Beneath the waters and the inhabitants thereof.

And {Or, Destruction}Abaddon hath no covering.

7 wird geladen ... He stretcheth out the north over empty space,
And hangeth the earth {Or, over}upon nothing.

8 wird geladen ... He bindeth up the waters in his thick clouds;
And the cloud is not rent under them.

9 wird geladen ... He incloseth the face of his throne,
And spreadeth his cloud upon it.

10 wird geladen ... He hath described a boundary upon the face of the waters,
Unto the confines of light and darkness.

11 wird geladen ... The pillars of heaven tremble
And are astonished at his rebuke.

12 wird geladen ... He {Or, stilleth}stirreth up the sea with his power,
And by his understanding he smiteth through Rahab.

13 wird geladen ... By his Spirit the heavens are {Hebrew: beauty.}garnished;
His hand hath pierced the {Or, fleeing Or, gliding }swift serpent.

14 wird geladen ... Lo, these are but the outskirts of his ways:
And {Or, how little a portion}how small a whisper {Or, is heard}do we hear of him!
But the thunder of his {Or, mighty deeds}power who can understand?

Hiob 41,17 wird geladen ... They are joined one to another;They stick together, so that they cannot be sundered.

Hiob 41,18 wird geladen ... His sneezings flash forth light,And his eyes are like the eyelids of the morning.

Hiob 41,19 wird geladen ... Out of his mouth go burning torches,And sparks of fire leap forth.

Hiob 41,20 wird geladen ... Out of his nostrils a smoke goeth,As of a boiling pot and burning rushes.

Hiob 41,24 wird geladen ... His heart is as firm as a stone;Yea, firm as the nether millstone.

Hiob 41,25 wird geladen ... When he raiseth himself up, the mighty are afraid:By reason of consternation they are beside themselves.

Hiob 41,26 wird geladen ... If one lay at him with the sword, it cannot avail;Nor the spear, the dart, nor the {Or, coat of mail}pointed shaft.

Hiob 41,27 wird geladen ... He counteth iron as straw,And brass as rotten wood.

Hiob 41,29 wird geladen ... Clubs are counted as stubble:He laugheth at the rushing of the javelin.

Hiob 41,30 wird geladen ... His underparts are like sharp potsherds:He spreadeth as it were a threshing-wain upon the mire.

Hiob 41,31 wird geladen ... He maketh the deep to boil like a pot:He maketh the sea like a pot of ointment.

Hiob 41,32 wird geladen ... He maketh a path to shine after him;One would think the deep to be hoary.

Hiob 41,33 wird geladen ... Upon earth there is not his like,That is made without fear.

Hiob 41,34 wird geladen ... He beholdeth everything that is high:He is king over all the sons of pride.
