1 wird geladen ... And it came to pass that, when Jeremiah had made an end of speaking unto all the people all the words of Jehovah their God, wherewith Jehovah their God had sent him to them, even all these words,

2 wird geladen ... then spake Azariah the son of Hoshaiah, and Johanan the son of Kareah, and all the proud men, saying unto Jeremiah, Thou speakest falsely: Jehovah our God hath not sent thee to say, Ye shall not go into Egypt to sojourn there;

3 wird geladen ... but Baruch the son of Neriah setteth thee on against us, to deliver us into the hand of the Chaldeans, that they may put us to death, and carry us away captive to Babylon.

4 wird geladen ... So Johanan the son of Kareah, and all the captains of the forces, and all the people, obeyed not the voice of Jehovah, to dwell in the land of Judah.

5 wird geladen ... But Johanan the son of Kareah, and all the captains of the forces, took all the remnant of Judah, that were returned from all the nations whither they had been driven, to sojourn in the land of Judah;

6 wird geladen ... the men, and the women, and the children, and the king's daughters, and every person that Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard had left with Gedaliah the son of Ahikam, the son of Shaphan; and Jeremiah the prophet, and Baruch the son of Neriah.

7 wird geladen ... And they came into the land of Egypt; for they obeyed not the voice of Jehovah: and they came unto Tahpanhes.

8 wird geladen ... Then came the word of Jehovah unto Jeremiah in Tahpanhes, saying,

9 wird geladen ... Take great stones in thy hand, and {Or, lay them with mortar in the pavement (or, square)}hide them in mortar in the brickwork, which is at the entry of Pharaoh's house in Tahpanhes, in the sight of the men of Judah;

10 wird geladen ... and say unto them, Thus saith Jehovah of hosts, the God of Israel: Behold, I will send and take Nebuchadrezzar the king of Babylon, my servant, and will set his throne upon these stones that I have hid; and he shall spread his {Or, glittering}royal pavilion over them.

11 wird geladen ... And he shall come, and shall smite the land of Egypt; such as are for death shall be given to death, and such as are for captivity to captivity, and such as are for the sword to the sword.

12 wird geladen ... And I will kindle a fire in the houses of the gods of Egypt; and he shall burn them, and carry them away captive: and he shall array himself with the land of Egypt, as a shepherd putteth on his garment; and he shall go forth from thence in peace.

13 wird geladen ... He shall also break the {Or, obelisks}pillars of {Or, The house of the sun Probably, Heliopolis, that is, On. See Genesis 41:50.}Beth-shemesh, that is in the land of Egypt; and the houses of the gods of Egypt shall he burn with fire.

Jer 13,1 wird geladen ... Thus saith Jehovah unto me, Go, and buy thee a linen girdle, and put it upon thy loins, and put it not in water.

Jer 13,2 wird geladen ... So I bought a girdle according to the word of Jehovah, and put it upon my loins.

Jer 13,3 wird geladen ... And the word of Jehovah came unto me the second time, saying,

Jer 13,4 wird geladen ... Take the girdle that thou hast bought, which is upon thy loins, and arise, go to the Euphrates, and hide it there in a cleft of the rock.

Jer 13,5 wird geladen ... So I went, and hid it by the Euphrates, as Jehovah commanded me.

Jer 13,6 wird geladen ... And it came to pass after many days, that Jehovah said unto me, Arise, go to the Euphrates, and take the girdle from thence, which I commanded thee to hide there.

Jer 13,7 wird geladen ... Then I went to the Euphrates, and digged, and took the girdle from the place where I had hid it; and, behold, the girdle was marred, it was profitable for nothing.

Jer 13,8 wird geladen ... Then the word of Jehovah came unto me, saying,

Jer 13,9 wird geladen ... Thus saith Jehovah, After this manner will I mar the pride of Judah, and the great pride of Jerusalem.

Jer 13,10 wird geladen ... This evil people, that refuse to hear my words, that walk in the stubbornness of their heart, and are gone after other gods to serve them, and to worship them, shall even be as this girdle, which is profitable for nothing.

Jer 13,11 wird geladen ... For as the girdle cleaveth to the loins of a man, so have I caused to cleave unto me the whole house of Israel and the whole house of Judah, saith Jehovah; that they may be unto me for a people, and for a name, and for a praise, and for a glory: but they would not hear.

Jer 18,6 wird geladen ... O house of Israel, cannot I do with you as this potter? saith Jehovah. Behold, as the clay in the potter's hand, so are ye in my hand, O house of Israel.

Jer 18,7 wird geladen ... At what instant I shall speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to pluck up and to break down and to destroy it;

Jer 18,8 wird geladen ... if that nation, concerning which I have spoken, turn from their evil, I will repent of the evil that I thought to do unto them.

Jer 18,9 wird geladen ... And at what instant I shall speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to build and to plant it;

Jer 18,10 wird geladen ... if they do that which is evil in my sight, that they obey not my voice, then I will repent of the good, wherewith I said I would benefit them.

Jer 18,11 wird geladen ... Now therefore, speak to the men of Judah, and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, saying, Thus saith Jehovah: Behold, I frame evil against you, and devise a device against you: return ye now every one from his evil way, and amend your ways and your doings.

Jer 18,12 wird geladen ... But they say, It is in vain; for we will walk after our own devices, and we will do every one after the stubbornness of his evil heart.

Jer 19,4 wird geladen ... Because they have forsaken me, and have estranged this place, and have burned incense in it unto other gods, that they knew not, they and their fathers and the kings of Judah; and have filled this place with the blood of innocents,

Jer 19,5 wird geladen ... and have built the high places of Baal, to burn their sons in the fire for burnt-offerings unto Baal; which I commanded not, nor spake it, neither came it into my {Hebrew: heart.}mind:

Jer 19,6 wird geladen ... therefore, behold, the days come, saith Jehovah, that this place shall no more be called Topheth, nor The valley of the son of Hinnom, but The valley of Slaughter.

Jer 19,7 wird geladen ... And I will {Hebrew: empty out.}make void the counsel of Judah and Jerusalem in this place; and I will cause them to fall by the sword before their enemies, and by the hand of them that seek their life: and their dead bodies will I give to be food for the birds of the heavens, and for the beasts of the earth.

Jer 19,8 wird geladen ... And I will make this city an astonishment, and a hissing; every one that passeth thereby shall be astonished and hiss because of all the plagues thereof.

Jer 19,9 wird geladen ... And I will cause them to eat the flesh of their sons and the flesh of their daughters; and they shall eat every one the flesh of his friend, in the siege and in the distress, wherewith their enemies, and they that seek their life, shall distress them.

Jer 19,10 wird geladen ... Then shalt thou break the bottle in the sight of the men that go with thee,

Jer 19,11 wird geladen ... and shalt say unto them, Thus saith Jehovah of hosts: Even so will I break this people and this city, as one breaketh a potter's vessel, that cannot be made whole again; and they shall bury in Topheth, {Or, because there shall be no place else}till there be no place to bury.

Jer 19,12 wird geladen ... Thus will I do unto this place, saith Jehovah, and to the inhabitants thereof, even making this city as Topheth:

Jer 19,13 wird geladen ... and the houses of Jerusalem, and the houses of the kings of Judah, which are defiled, shall be as the place of Topheth, even all the houses upon whose roofs they have burned incense unto all the host of heaven, and have poured out drink-offerings unto other gods.

Jer 19,14 wird geladen ... Then came Jeremiah from Topheth, whither Jehovah had sent him to prophesy; and he stood in the court of Jehovah's house, and said to all the people:

Jer 19,15 wird geladen ... Thus saith Jehovah of hosts, the God of Israel, Behold, I will bring upon this city and upon all its towns all the evil that I have pronounced against it; because they have made their neck stiff, that they may not hear my words.

Jes 20,4 wird geladen ... so shall the king of Assyria lead away the captives of Egypt, and the exiles of Ethiopia, young and old, naked and barefoot, and with buttocks uncovered, to the shame of Egypt.

Hes 4,1 wird geladen ... Thou also, son of man, take thee a tile, and lay it before thee, and portray upon it a city, even Jerusalem:

Hes 4,2 wird geladen ... and lay siege against it, and build forts against it, and cast up a mound against it; set camps also against it, and plant battering rams against it round about.

Hes 4,3 wird geladen ... And take thou unto thee an iron {Or, flat plate}pan, and set it for a wall of iron between thee and the city: and set thy face toward it, and it shall be besieged, and thou shalt lay siege against it. This shall be a sign to the house of Israel.

Hes 4,4 wird geladen ... Moreover lie thou upon thy left side, and lay the iniquity of the house of Israel upon it; according to the number of the days that thou shalt lie upon it, thou shalt bear their iniquity.

Hes 4,5 wird geladen ... For I have appointed the years of their iniquity to be unto thee a number of days, even three hundred and ninety days: so shalt thou bear the iniquity of the house of Israel.

Hes 4,6 wird geladen ... And again, when thou hast accomplished these, thou shalt lie on thy right side, and shalt bear the iniquity of the house of Judah: forty days, each day for a year, have I appointed it unto thee.

Hes 4,7 wird geladen ... And thou shalt set thy face toward the siege of Jerusalem, with thine arm uncovered; and thou shalt prophesy against it.

Hes 4,8 wird geladen ... And, behold, I lay bands upon thee, and thou shalt not turn thee from one side to the other, till thou hast accomplished the days of thy siege.

Take thou also unto thee wheat, and barley, and beans, and lentils, and millet, and spelt, and put them in one vessel, and make thee bread thereof; according to the number of the days that thou shalt lie upon thy side, even three hundred and ninety days, shalt thou eat thereof.

Hes 4,14 wird geladen ... Then said I, Ah Lord Jehovah! behold, my soul hath not been polluted; for from my youth up even till now have I not eaten of that which dieth of itself, or is torn of beasts; neither came there abominable flesh into my mouth.

Hes 4,15 wird geladen ... Then he said unto me, See, I have given thee cow's dung for man's dung, and thou shalt prepare thy bread thereon.

Hes 4,16 wird geladen ... Moreover he said unto me, Son of man, behold, I will break the staff of bread in Jerusalem: and they shall eat bread by weight, and with fearfulness; and they shall drink water by measure, and in dismay:

Hes 4,17 wird geladen ... that they may want bread and water, and be dismayed one with another, and pine away in their iniquity.

Hes 5,1 wird geladen ... And thou, son of man, take thee a sharp sword; as a barber's razor shalt thou take it unto thee, and shalt cause it to pass upon thy head and upon thy beard: then take thee balances to weigh, and {Hebrew: divide them.}divide the hair.

Hes 5,2 wird geladen ... A third part shalt thou burn in the fire in the midst of the city, when the days of the siege are fulfilled; and thou shalt take a third part, and smite with the sword round about it; and a third part thou shalt scatter to the wind, and I will draw out a sword after them.

Hes 5,3 wird geladen ... And thou shalt take {Hebrew: thence.}thereof a few in number, and bind them in thy skirts.

Hes 5,4 wird geladen ... And of these again shalt thou take, and cast them into the midst of the fire, and burn them in the fire; therefrom shall a fire come forth into all the house of Israel.

Hes 5,5 wird geladen ... Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: This is Jerusalem; I have set her in the midst of the nations, and countries are round about her.

And she hath {Or, changed mine ordinances into wickedness}rebelled against mine ordinances in doing wickedness more than the nations, and against my statutes more than the countries that are round about her; for they have rejected mine ordinances, and as for my statutes, they have not walked in them.

Hes 5,7 wird geladen ... Therefore thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Because ye are turbulent more than the nations that are round about you, and have not walked in my statutes, neither have kept mine ordinances, neither have done after the ordinances of the nations that are round about you;

Hes 5,8 wird geladen ... therefore thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Behold, I, even I, am against thee; and I will execute judgments in the midst of thee in the sight of the nations.

Hes 5,9 wird geladen ... And I will do in thee that which I have not done, and whereunto I will not do any more the like, because of all thine abominations.

Hes 5,10 wird geladen ... Therefore the fathers shall eat the sons in the midst of thee, and the sons shall eat their fathers; and I will execute judgments on thee; and the whole remnant of thee will I scatter unto all the winds.

Wherefore, as I live, saith the Lord Jehovah, surely, because thou hast defiled my sanctuary with all thy detestable things, and with all thine abominations, therefore will I also {Or, withdraw mine eyes that it shall not spare Another reading is, hew thee down.}diminish thee; neither shall mine eye spare, and I also will have no pity.

Hes 5,14 wird geladen ... Moreover I will make thee a desolation and a reproach among the nations that are round about thee, in the sight of all that pass by.

Hes 5,15 wird geladen ... So it shall be a reproach and a taunt, an instruction and an astonishment, unto the nations that are round about thee, when I shall execute judgments on thee in anger and in wrath, and in wrathful rebukes; (I, Jehovah, have spoken it);

Hes 5,16 wird geladen ... when I shall send upon them the evil arrows of famine, that are for destruction, which I will send to destroy you. And I will increase the famine upon you, and will break your staff of bread;

Hes 5,17 wird geladen ... and I will send upon you famine and evil beasts, and they shall bereave thee; and pestilence and blood shall pass through thee; and I will bring the sword upon thee: I, Jehovah, have spoken it.

Hes 12,3 wird geladen ... Therefore, thou son of man, prepare thee stuff for {Or, exile}removing, and remove by day in their sight; and thou shalt remove from thy place to another place in their sight: it may be they will {Or, perceive that they are}consider, though they are a rebellious house.

Hes 12,4 wird geladen ... And thou shalt bring forth thy stuff by day in their sight, as stuff for {Or, exile}removing; and thou shalt go forth thyself at even in their sight, as when men go forth into exile.

Hes 12,5 wird geladen ... Dig thou through the wall in their sight, and carry out thereby.

Hes 12,6 wird geladen ... In their sight shalt thou bear it upon thy shoulder, and carry it forth in the dark; thou shalt cover thy face, that thou see not the land: for I have set thee for a sign unto the house of Israel.

Hes 12,7 wird geladen ... And I did so as I was commanded: I brought forth my stuff by day, as stuff for removing, and in the even I digged through the wall with my hand; I brought it forth in the dark, and bare it upon my shoulder in their sight.

Hes 12,9 wird geladen ... Son of man, hath not the house of Israel, the rebellious house, said unto thee, What doest thou?

Hes 12,10 wird geladen ... Say thou unto them, Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: This {Or, oracle}burden concerneth the prince in Jerusalem, and all the house of Israel {Or, that are among them}among whom they are.

Hes 12,11 wird geladen ... Say, I am your sign: like as I have done, so shall it be done unto them; they shall go into exile, into captivity.

Hes 12,12 wird geladen ... And the prince that is among them shall bear upon his shoulder in the dark, and shall go forth: they shall dig through the wall to carry out thereby: he shall cover his face, because he shall not see the land with his eyes.

Hes 12,13 wird geladen ... My net also will I spread upon him, and he shall be taken in my snare; and I will bring him to Babylon to the land of the Chaldeans; yet shall he not see it, though he shall die there.

Hes 12,14 wird geladen ... And I will scatter toward every wind all that are round about him to help him, and all his bands; and I will draw out the sword after them.

Hes 12,15 wird geladen ... And they shall know that I am Jehovah, when I shall disperse them among the nations, and scatter them through the countries.

Hes 12,16 wird geladen ... But I will leave a few men of them from the sword, from the famine, and from the pestilence; that they may declare all their abominations among the nations whither they come; and they shall know that I am Jehovah.
