Vers

1 wird geladen ... In the seventeenth year of Pekah the son of Remaliah Ahaz the son of Jotham king of Judah began to reign.

2 wird geladen ... Twenty years old was Ahaz when he began to reign; and he reigned sixteen years in Jerusalem: and he did not that which was right in the eyes of Jehovah his God, like David his father.

3 wird geladen ... But he walked in the way of the kings of Israel, yea, and made his son to pass through the fire, according to the abominations of the nations, whom Jehovah cast out from before the children of Israel.

4 wird geladen ... And he sacrificed and burnt incense in the high places, and on the hills, and under every green tree.

5 wird geladen ... Then Rezin king of Syria and Pekah son of Remaliah king of Israel came up to Jerusalem to war: and they besieged Ahaz, but could not overcome him.

6 wird geladen ... At that time Rezin king of Syria recovered Elath to Syria, and drove the Jews from {Hebrew: Eloth.}Elath; and the {According to another reading, Edomites.}Syrians came to Elath, and dwelt there, unto this day.

7 wird geladen ... So Ahaz sent messengers to Tiglath-pileser king of Assyria, saying, I am thy servant and thy son: come up, and save me out of the hand of the king of Syria, and out of the hand of the king of Israel, who rise up against me.

8 wird geladen ... And Ahaz took the silver and gold that was found in the house of Jehovah, and in the treasures of the king's house, and sent it for a present to the king of Assyria.

9 wird geladen ... And the king of Assyria hearkened unto him; and the king of Assyria went up against Damascus, and took it, and carried the people of it captive to Kir, and slew Rezin.

10 wird geladen ... And king Ahaz went to Damascus to meet Tiglath-pileser king of Assyria, and saw the altar that was at Damascus; and king Ahaz sent to Urijah the priest the fashion of the altar, and the pattern of it, according to all the workmanship thereof.

11 wird geladen ... And Urijah the priest built an altar: according to all that king Ahaz had sent from Damascus, so did Urijah the priest make it against the coming of king Ahaz from Damascus.

12 wird geladen ... And when the king was come from Damascus, the king saw the altar: and the king drew near unto the altar, and {Or, went up unto it}offered thereon.

13 wird geladen ... And he burnt his burnt-offering and his meal-offering, and poured his drink-offering, and sprinkled the blood of {Hebrew: the peace-offerings which were his.}his peace-offerings, upon the altar.

14 wird geladen ... And the brazen altar, which was before Jehovah, he brought from the forefront of the house, from between his altar and the house of Jehovah, and put it on the north side of his altar.

15 wird geladen ... And king Ahaz commanded Urijah the priest, saying, Upon the great altar burn the morning burnt-offering, and the evening meal-offering, and the king's burnt-offering, and his meal-offering, with the burnt-offering of all the people of the land, and their meal-offering, and their drink-offerings; and sprinkle upon it all the blood of the burnt-offering, and all the blood of the sacrifice: but the brazen altar shall be for me to inquire by.

16 wird geladen ... Thus did Urijah the priest, according to all that king Ahaz commanded.

17 wird geladen ... And king Ahaz cut off the panels of the bases, and removed the laver from off them, and took down the sea from off the brazen oxen that were under it, and put it upon a pavement of stone.

18 wird geladen ... And the {Or, covered place}covered way for the sabbath that they had built in the house, and the king's entry without, turned he {Or, round}unto the house of Jehovah, because of the king of Assyria.

19 wird geladen ... Now the rest of the acts of Ahaz which he did, are they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Judah?

20 wird geladen ... And Ahaz slept with his fathers, and was buried with his fathers in the city of David: and Hezekiah his son reigned in his stead.

2Chr 28,8 wird geladen ... And the children of Israel carried away captive of their brethren two hundred thousand, women, sons, and daughters, and took also away much spoil from them, and brought the spoil to Samaria.

2Chr 28,9 wird geladen ... But a prophet of Jehovah was there, whose name was Oded: and he went out to meet the host that came to Samaria, and said unto them, Behold, because Jehovah, the God of your fathers, was wroth with Judah, he hath delivered them into your hand, and ye have slain them in a rage which hath reached up to heaven.

2Chr 28,10 wird geladen ... And now ye purpose to keep under the children of Judah and Jerusalem for bondmen and bondwomen unto you: but are there not even with you {Hebrew: guiltinesses.}trespasses of your own against Jehovah your God?

2Chr 28,11 wird geladen ... Now hear me therefore, and send back the captives, that ye have taken captive of your brethren; for the fierce wrath of Jehovah is upon you.

2Chr 28,12 wird geladen ... Then certain of the heads of the children of Ephraim, Azariah the son of Johanan, Berechiah the son of Meshillemoth, and Jehizkiah the son of Shallum, and Amasa the son of Hadlai, stood up against them that came from the war,

2Chr 28,13 wird geladen ... and said unto them, Ye shall not bring in the captives hither: for ye purpose that which will bring upon us {Or, guilt}a trespass against Jehovah, to add unto our sins and to our {Or, guilt}trespass; for our {Or, guilt}trespass is great, and there is fierce wrath against Israel.

And the men that have been mentioned by name rose up, and took the captives, and with the spoil clothed all that were naked among them, and arrayed them, and shod them, and gave them to eat and to drink, and anointed them, and carried all the feeble of them upon asses, and brought them to Jericho, the city of palm-trees, unto their brethren: then they returned to Samaria.

Jes 7,1 wird geladen ... And it came to pass in the days of Ahaz the son of Jotham, the son of Uzziah, king of Judah, that Rezin the king of Syria, and Pekah the son of Remaliah, king of Israel, went up to Jerusalem to war against it, but could not prevail against it.

Jes 7,4 wird geladen ... and say unto him, Take heed, and be quiet; fear not, neither let thy heart be faint, because of these two tails of smoking firebrands, for the fierce anger of Rezin and Syria, and of the son of Remaliah.

Jes 7,5 wird geladen ... Because Syria, Ephraim, and the son of Remaliah, have purposed evil against thee, saying,

Jes 7,6 wird geladen ... Let us go up against Judah, and vex it, and let us make a breach therein for us, and set up a king in the midst of it, even the son of Tabeel;

Jes 7,2 wird geladen ... And it was told the house of David, saying, Syria {Hebrew: resteth on Ephraim.}is confederate with Ephraim. And his heart trembled, and the heart of his people, as the trees of the forest tremble with the wind.

Jes 7,3 wird geladen ... Then said Jehovah unto Isaiah, Go forth now to meet Ahaz, thou, and {That is, A remnant shall return.}Shear-jashub thy son, at the end of the conduit of the upper pool, in the highway of the fuller's field;

Jes 7,4 wird geladen ... and say unto him, Take heed, and be quiet; fear not, neither let thy heart be faint, because of these two tails of smoking firebrands, for the fierce anger of Rezin and Syria, and of the son of Remaliah.

Jes 7,5 wird geladen ... Because Syria, Ephraim, and the son of Remaliah, have purposed evil against thee, saying,

Jes 7,6 wird geladen ... Let us go up against Judah, and vex it, and let us make a breach therein for us, and set up a king in the midst of it, even the son of Tabeel;

Jes 7,7 wird geladen ... thus saith the Lord Jehovah, It shall not stand, neither shall it come to pass.

Jes 7,8 wird geladen ... For the head of Syria is Damascus, and the head of Damascus is Rezin; and within threescore and five years shall Ephraim be broken in pieces, so that it shall not be a people:

Jes 7,9 wird geladen ... and the head of Ephraim is Samaria, and the head of Samaria is Remaliah's son. If ye will not believe, surely ye shall not be established.

Jes 7,14 wird geladen ... Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign: behold, {Or, the}a {Or, maiden}virgin {Or, is with child, and beareth}shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name {That is, God is with us.}Immanuel.

Jes 8,6 wird geladen ... Forasmuch as this people have refused the waters of Shiloah that go softly, {Or, even they that rejoice}and rejoice {Or, with}in Rezin and Remaliah's son;

Jes 8,9 wird geladen ... {Or, Break, O ye}Make an uproar, O ye peoples, and be broken in pieces; and give ear, all ye of far countries: gird yourselves, and be broken in pieces; gird yourselves, and be broken in pieces.

Jes 8,10 wird geladen ... Take counsel together, and it shall be brought to nought; speak the word, and it shall not stand: for {Hebrw: immanu El.}God is with us.

Jes 9,6 wird geladen ... For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called {Or, Wonderful counsellor}Wonderful, Counsellor, Mighty God, {Hebrew: Father of Eternity.}Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

Jes 9,7 wird geladen ... Of the increase of his government and of peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to establish it, and to uphold it with justice and with righteousness from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of Jehovah of hosts will perform this.
