And the slainH2491 shall fallH5307 in the midstH8432 of you, and ye shall knowH3045 that I am the LORDH3068.
Yet will I leave a remnantH3498, that ye may have some that shall escapeH6412 the swordH2719 among the nationsH1471, when ye shall be scatteredH2219 through the countriesH776.
And they that escapeH6412 of you shall rememberH2142 me among the nationsH1471 whither they shall be carried captivesH7617, because I am brokenH7665 with their whorishH2181 heartH3820, which hath departedH5493 from me, and with their eyesH5869, which go a whoringH2181 afterH310 their idolsH1544: and they shall lotheH6962 themselvesH6440 for the evilsH7451 which they have committedH6213 in all their abominationsH8441.
And they shall knowH3045 that I am the LORDH3068, and that I have not saidH1696 in vainH2600 that I would doH6213 this evilH7451 unto them.
Thus saithH559 the LordH136 GODH3069; SmiteH5221 with thine handH3709, and stampH7554 with thy footH7272, and sayH559, AlasH253 for all the evilH7451 abominationsH8441 of the houseH1004 of IsraelH3478! for they shall fallH5307 by the swordH2719, by the famineH7458, and by the pestilenceH1698.
He that is far offH7350 shall dieH4191 of the pestilenceH1698; and he that is nearH7138 shall fallH5307 by the swordH2719; and he that remainethH7604 and is besiegedH5341 shall dieH4191 by the famineH7458: thus will I accomplishH3615 my furyH2534 upon them.
Then shall ye knowH3045 that I am the LORDH3068, when their slainH2491 men shall be amongH8432 their idolsH1544 round aboutH5439 their altarsH4196, upon every highH7311 hillH1389, in all the topsH7218 of the mountainsH2022, and under every greenH7488 treeH6086, and under every thickH5687 oakH424, the placeH4725 where they did offerH5414 sweetH5207 savourH7381 to all their idolsH1544.
