Vers

1 wird geladen ... Then answered Bildad the Shuhite, and said,

2 wird geladen ... How long will ye hunt for words?
Consider, and afterwards we will speak.

3 wird geladen ... Wherefore are we counted as beasts,
And are become unclean in your sight?

4 wird geladen ... Thou that tearest thyself in thine anger,
Shall the earth be forsaken for thee?
Or shall the rock be removed out of its place?

5 wird geladen ... Yea, the light of the wicked shall be put out,
And the {Or, flame}spark of his fire shall not shine.

6 wird geladen ... The light shall be dark in his tent,
And his lamp {Or, beside}above him shall be put out.

7 wird geladen ... The steps of his strength shall be straitened,
And his own counsel shall cast him down.

8 wird geladen ... For he is cast into a net by his own feet,
And he walketh upon the toils.

9 wird geladen ... A gin shall take him by the heel,
And a snare shall lay hold on him.

10 wird geladen ... A noose is hid for him in the ground,
And a trap for him in the way.

11 wird geladen ... Terrors shall make him afraid on every side,
And shall chase him at his heels.

12 wird geladen ... His strength shall be hunger-bitten,
And calamity shall be ready {Or, for his halting}at his side.

13 wird geladen ... The {Hebrew: bars of his skin.}members of his body shall be devoured,
Yea, the first-born of death shall devour his members.

14 wird geladen ... He shall be rooted out of his tent where he trusteth;
And {Hebrew: it shall (or, thou shall) bring him.}he shall be brought to the king of terrors.

15 wird geladen ... {Or, It shall dwell in his tent, that it be no more his (or, because it is none of his)}There shall dwell in his tent that which is none of his:
Brimstone shall be scattered upon his habitation.

16 wird geladen ... His roots shall be dried up beneath,
And above shall his branch {Or, wither}be cut off.

17 wird geladen ... His remembrance shall perish from the earth,
And he shall have no name in the street.

18 wird geladen ... He shall be driven from light into darkness,
And chased out of the world.

19 wird geladen ... He shall have neither son nor son's son among his people,
Nor any remaining where he sojourned.

20 wird geladen ... {Or, They that dwell in the west are…as they that dwell in the east are &c.}They that come after shall be astonished at his day,
As they that went before {Hebrew: laid hold on horror.}were affrighted.

21 wird geladen ... Surely such are the dwellings of the unrighteous,
And this is the place of him that knoweth not God.

Hiob 2,11 wird geladen ... Now when Job's three friends heard of all this evil that was come upon him, they came every one from his own place: Eliphaz the Temanite, and Bildad the Shuhite, and Zophar the Naamathite, and they made an appointment together to come to bemoan him and to comfort him.

Hiob 42,7 wird geladen ... And it was so, that, after Jehovah had spoken these words unto Job, Jehovah said to Eliphaz the Temanite, My wrath is kindled against thee, and against thy two friends; for ye have not spoken of me the thing that is right, as my servant Job hath.

Hiob 42,8 wird geladen ... Now therefore, take unto you seven bullocks and seven rams, and go to my servant Job, and offer up for yourselves a burnt-offering; and my servant Job shall pray for you; for him will I accept, that I deal not with you after your folly; for ye have not spoken of me the thing that is right, as my servant Job hath.

Hiob 42,9 wird geladen ... So Eliphaz the Temanite and Bildad the Shuhite and Zophar the Naamathite went, and did according as Jehovah commanded them: and Jehovah accepted Job.
