Versliste
Remember, Lord, the reproach of thy servants; How I do bear in my bosom the reproach of all the {Or, many}mighty peoples,
Wherewith thine enemies have reproached, O Jehovah,Wherewith they have reproached the footsteps of thine anointed.
Because for thy sake I have borne reproach;Shame hath covered my face.
Thou knowest my reproach, and my shame, and my dishonor:Mine adversaries are all before thee.
Reproach hath broken my heart; and I am {Or, sore sick}full of heaviness:And I looked for some to take pity, but there was none; And for comforters, but I found none.
Jehovah reigneth; He is clothed with majesty;Jehovah is clothed with strength; he hath girded himself therewith:The world also is established, that it cannot be moved.
Say among the nations, Jehovah reigneth:The world also is established that it cannot be moved:He will judge the peoples with equity
Jehovah reigneth; let the earth rejoice;Let the multitude of isles be glad.
Jehovah reigneth; let the peoples tremble:He {Or, is enthroned}sitteth above the cherubim; let the earth be moved.
