What can man do unto me?

Therefore shall I see my desire upon them that hate me.

Than to put confidence in man.

Than to put confidence in princes.

In the name of Jehovah I will cut them off.

11 wird geladen ... They compassed me about; yea, they compassed me about:
In the name of Jehovah I will cut them off.

12 wird geladen ... They compassed me about like bees; they are quenched as the fire of thorns:
In the name of Jehovah I will cut them off.

13 wird geladen ... Thou didst thrust sore at me that I might fall;
But Jehovah helped me.

And he is become my salvation.

15 wird geladen ... The voice of rejoicing and salvation is in the tents of the righteous:
The right hand of Jehovah doeth valiantly.

The right hand of Jehovah doeth valiantly.

17 wird geladen ... I shall not die, but live,
And declare the works of {Hebrew: Jah.}Jehovah.

18 wird geladen ... {Hebrew: Jah.}Jehovah hath chastened me sore;
But he hath not given me over unto death.

19 wird geladen ... Open to me the gates of righteousness:
I will enter into them, I will give thanks unto {Hebrew: Jah.}Jehovah.

20 wird geladen ... This is the gate of Jehovah;
The righteous shall enter into it.

21 wird geladen ... I will give thanks unto thee; for thou hast answered me,
And art become my salvation.

22 wird geladen ... The stone which the builders rejected
Is become the head of the corner.

23 wird geladen ... This is {Hebrew: from Jehovah.}Jehovah's doing;
It is marvellous in our eyes.

24 wird geladen ... This is the day which Jehovah hath made;
We will rejoice and be glad in it.

25 wird geladen ... Save now, we beseech thee, O Jehovah:
O Jehovah, we beseech thee, send now prosperity.

26 wird geladen ... Blessed be he that {Or, entereth}cometh in the name of Jehovah:
We have blessed you out of the house of Jehovah.

Bind the sacrifice with cords, even unto the horns of the altar.

2Sam 5,1 wird geladen ... Then came all the tribes of Israel to David unto Hebron, and spake, saying, Behold, we are thy bone and thy flesh.

2Sam 10,1 wird geladen ... And it came to pass after this, that the king of the children of Ammon died, and Hanun his son reigned in his stead.

2Sam 10,2 wird geladen ... And David said, I will show kindness unto Hanun the son of Nahash, as his father showed kindness unto me. So David sent by his servants to comfort him concerning his father. And David's servants came into the land of the children of Ammon.

2Sam 10,3 wird geladen ... But the princes of the children of Ammon said unto Hanun their lord, Thinkest thou that David doth honor thy father, in that he hath sent comforters unto thee? hath not David sent his servants unto thee to search the city, and to spy it out, and to overthrow it?

2Sam 10,4 wird geladen ... So Hanun took David's servants, and shaved off the one half of their beards, and cut off their garments in the middle, even to their buttocks, and sent them away.

2Sam 10,5 wird geladen ... When they told it unto David, he sent to meet them; for the men were greatly ashamed. And the king said, Tarry at Jericho until your beards be grown, and then return.

And when the children of Ammon saw that they were become odious to David, the children of Ammon sent and hired the Syrians of Beth-rehob, and the Syrians of Zobah, twenty thousand footmen, and the king of Maacah with a thousand men, and the men of Tob twelve thousand men.

2Sam 10,11 wird geladen ... And he said, If the Syrians be too strong for me, then thou shalt help me; but if the children of Ammon be too strong for thee, then I will come and help thee.

2Sam 10,12 wird geladen ... Be of good courage, and let us play the man for our people, and for the cities of our God: and Jehovah do that which seemeth him good.

2Sam 10,13 wird geladen ... So Joab and the people that were with him drew nigh unto the battle against the Syrians: and they fled before him.

2Sam 10,14 wird geladen ... And when the children of Ammon saw that the Syrians were fled, they likewise fled before Abishai, and entered into the city. Then Joab returned from the children of Ammon, and came to Jerusalem.

2Sam 10,15 wird geladen ... And when the Syrians saw that they were put to the worse before Israel, they gathered themselves together.

2Sam 10,16 wird geladen ... And {In chapter 8:3, Hadadeser.}Hadarezer sent, and brought out the Syrians that were beyond the River: and they came to Helam, with Shobach the captain of the host of Hadarezer at their head.

2Sam 10,17 wird geladen ... And it was told David; and he gathered all Israel together, and passed over the Jordan, and came to Helam. And the Syrians set themselves in array against David, and fought with him.

2Sam 10,18 wird geladen ... And the Syrians fled before Israel; and David slew of the Syrians the men of seven hundred chariots, and forty thousand horsemen, and smote Shobach the captain of their host, so that he died there.

2Sam 10,19 wird geladen ... And when all the kings that were servants to Hadarezer saw that they were put to the worse before Israel, they made peace with Israel, and served them. So the Syrians feared to help the children of Ammon any more.

Sach 12,3 wird geladen ... And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all the peoples; all that burden themselves with it shall be sore wounded; and all the nations of the earth shall be gathered together against it.

Sach 14,2 wird geladen ... For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city.

Sach 14,3 wird geladen ... Then shall Jehovah go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle.
