Versliste
Come, and hear, all ye that fear God,And I will declare what he hath done for my soul.
I cried unto him with my mouth,And {Or, as otherwise read. high praise was under my tongue}he was extolled with my tongue.
If I {Or, had regarded}regard iniquity in my heart,The Lord {Or, would}will not hear:
But verily God hath heard; He hath attended to the voice of my prayer.
Blessed be God,Who hath not turned away my prayer,Nor his lovingkindness from me.
Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may spend it in your pleasures.
He that turneth away his ear from hearing the law,Even his prayer is an abomination.
but your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, so that he will not hear.
We know that God heareth not sinners: but if any man be a worshipper of God, and do his will, him he heareth.
