A Song of Ascents.
Behold, bless ye Jehovah, all ye servants of Jehovah,
That by night stand in the house of Jehovah.
Lift up your hands {Or, in holiness}to the sanctuary,
And bless ye Jehovah.
Jehovah bless thee out of Zion;
Even he that made heaven and earth.

Oh that the salvation of Israel were come out of Zion!When Jehovah {Or, returned to}bringeth back the captivity of his people,Then shall Jacob rejoice, and Israel shall be glad.
Happy is he that hath the God of Jacob for his help,Whose hope is in Jehovah his God:
Send thee help from the sanctuary,And {Or, support}strengthen thee out of Zion;
Who made heaven and earth,The sea, and all that in them is;Who keepeth truth for ever;
Jehovah will {Or, stretch}send forth the rod of thy strength out of Zion:Rule thou in the midst of thine enemies.
Jehovah bless thee out of Zion:And see thou the good of Jerusalem all the days of thy life.
