1 wird geladen ... Now David was old and full of days; and he made Solomon his son king over Israel.

2 wird geladen ... And he gathered together all the princes of Israel, with the priests and the Levites.

3 wird geladen ... And the Levites were numbered from thirty years old and upward: and their number by their polls, man by man, was thirty and eight thousand.

4 wird geladen ... Of these, twenty and four thousand were to oversee the work of the house of Jehovah; and six thousand were officers and judges;

5 wird geladen ... and four thousand were doorkeepers; and four thousand praised Jehovah with the instruments which I made, said David, to praise therewith.

6 wird geladen ... And David divided them into {Hebrew: divisions.}courses according to the sons of Levi: Gershon, Kohath, and Merari.

7 wird geladen ... Of the Gershonites: {In chapter 6:17, Libni.}Ladan and Shimei.

8 wird geladen ... The sons of Ladan: Jehiel the chief, and Zetham, and Joel, three.

9 wird geladen ... The sons of Shimei: Shelomoth, and Haziel, and Haran, three. These were the heads of the fathers' houses of Ladan.

10 wird geladen ... And the sons of Shimei: Jahath, {In verse 11, Zizah.}Zina, and Jeush, and Beriah. These four were the sons of Shimei.

11 wird geladen ... And Jahath was the chief, and Zizah the second: but Jeush and Beriah had not many sons; therefore they became a fathers' house in one reckoning.

12 wird geladen ... The sons of Kohath: Amram, Izhar, Hebron, and Uzziel, four.

13 wird geladen ... The sons of Amram: Aaron and Moses; and Aaron was separated, {Or, to sanctify as most holy him &c.}that he should sanctify the most holy things, he and his sons, for ever, to burn incense before Jehovah, to minister unto him, and to bless in his name, for ever.

14 wird geladen ... But as for Moses the man of God, his sons were named among the tribe of Levi.

15 wird geladen ... The sons of Moses: Gershom and Eliezer.

16 wird geladen ... The sons of Gershom: {In chapter 24:20, Shubael.}Shebuel the chief.

17 wird geladen ... And the sons of Eliezer were: Rehabiah the chief; and Eliezer had no other sons; but the sons of Rehabiah were very many.

18 wird geladen ... The sons of Izhar: {In chapter 24:22, Shelomoth.}Shelomith the chief.

19 wird geladen ... The sons of Hebron: Jeriah the chief, Amariah the second, Jahaziel the third, and Jekameam the fourth.

20 wird geladen ... The sons of Uzziel: Micah the chief, and Isshiah the second.

21 wird geladen ... The sons of Merari: Mahli and Mushi. The sons of Mahli: Eleazar and Kish.

22 wird geladen ... And Eleazar died, and had no sons, but daughters only: and their brethren the sons of Kish took them to wife.

23 wird geladen ... The sons of Mushi: Mahli, and Eder, and Jeremoth, three.

24 wird geladen ... These were the sons of Levi after their fathers' houses, even the heads of the fathers' houses of those of them that were counted, in the number of names by their polls, who did the work for the service of the house of Jehovah, from twenty years old and upward.

25 wird geladen ... For David said, Jehovah, the God of Israel, hath given rest unto his people; and he dwelleth in Jerusalem for ever:

26 wird geladen ... and also the Levites shall no more have need to carry the tabernacle and all the vessels of it for the service thereof.

27 wird geladen ... For {Or, in the last acts}by the last words of David the sons of Levi were numbered, from twenty years old and upward.

28 wird geladen ... For {Hebrew: their station was at the hand of the sons of Aaron. See Nehemiah 11:24.}their office was to wait on the sons of Aaron for the service of the house of Jehovah, in the courts, and in the chambers, and in the purifying of all holy things, even the work of the service of the house of God;

29 wird geladen ... for the showbread also, and for the fine flour for a meal-offering, whether of unleavened wafers, or of that which is baked in the pan, or of that which is soaked, and for all manner of measure and size;

30 wird geladen ... and to stand every morning to thank and praise Jehovah, and likewise at even;

31 wird geladen ... and to offer all burnt-offerings unto Jehovah, on the sabbaths, on the new moons, and on the set feasts, in number according to the ordinance concerning them, continually before Jehovah;

32 wird geladen ... and that they should keep the charge of the tent of meeting, and the charge of the holy place, and the charge of the sons of Aaron their brethren, for the service of the house of Jehovah.

3Mo 23,2 wird geladen ... Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, The {Or, appointed seasons}set feasts of Jehovah, which ye shall proclaim to be holy convocations, even these are my set feasts.

3Mo 23,3 wird geladen ... Six days shall work be done: but on the seventh day is a sabbath of solemn rest, a holy convocation; ye shall do no manner of work: it is a sabbath unto Jehovah in all your dwellings.

3Mo 23,4 wird geladen ... These are the set feasts of Jehovah, even holy convocations, which ye shall proclaim in their appointed season.

3Mo 23,5 wird geladen ... In the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month {Hebrew: between the two evenings.}at even, is Jehovah's passover.

3Mo 23,6 wird geladen ... And on the fifteenth day of the same month is the feast of unleavened bread unto Jehovah: seven days ye shall eat unleavened bread.

3Mo 23,7 wird geladen ... In the first day ye shall have a holy convocation: ye shall do no {Hebrew: work of labor.}servile work.

3Mo 23,8 wird geladen ... But ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto Jehovah seven days: in the seventh day is a holy convocation; ye shall do no servile work.

3Mo 23,9 wird geladen ... And Jehovah spake unto Moses, saying,

3Mo 23,10 wird geladen ... Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye are come into the land which I give unto you, and shall reap the harvest thereof, then ye shall bring the sheaf of the first-fruits of your harvest unto the priest:

3Mo 23,11 wird geladen ... and he shall wave the sheaf before Jehovah, to be accepted for you: on the morrow after the sabbath the priest shall wave it.

3Mo 23,12 wird geladen ... And in the day when ye wave the sheaf, ye shall offer a he-lamb without blemish a year old for a burnt-offering unto Jehovah.

3Mo 23,13 wird geladen ... And the meal-offering thereof shall be two tenth parts of an ephah of fine flour mingled with oil, an offering made by fire unto Jehovah for a sweet savor; and the drink-offering thereof shall be of wine, the fourth part of a hin.

3Mo 23,14 wird geladen ... And ye shall eat neither bread, nor parched grain, nor fresh ears, until this selfsame day, until ye have brought the oblation of your God: it is a statute for ever throughout your generations in all your dwellings.

3Mo 23,15 wird geladen ... And ye shall count unto you from the morrow after the sabbath, from the day that ye brought the sheaf of the wave-offering; seven sabbaths shall there be complete:

3Mo 23,16 wird geladen ... even unto the morrow after the seventh sabbath shall ye number fifty days; and ye shall offer a new meal-offering unto Jehovah.

3Mo 23,17 wird geladen ... Ye shall bring out of your habitations two wave-loaves of two tenth parts of an ephah: they shall be of fine flour, they shall be baken with leaven, for first-fruits unto Jehovah.

3Mo 23,39 wird geladen ... Howbeit on the fifteenth day of the seventh month, when ye have gathered in the fruits of the land, ye shall keep the feast of Jehovah seven days: on the first day shall be a solemn rest, and on the eighth day shall be a solemn rest.

4Mo 28,1 wird geladen ... And Jehovah spake unto Moses, saying,

4Mo 28,2 wird geladen ... Command the children of Israel, and say unto them, My oblation, my {Hebrew: bread.}food for my offerings made by fire, of a sweet savor unto me, shall ye observe to offer unto me in their due season.

4Mo 28,3 wird geladen ... And thou shalt say unto them, This is the offering made by fire which ye shall offer unto Jehovah: he-lambs a year old without blemish, two day by day, for a continual burnt-offering.

4Mo 28,4 wird geladen ... The one lamb shalt thou offer in the morning, and the other lamb shalt thou offer {Hebrew: between the two evenings.}at even;

4Mo 28,5 wird geladen ... and the tenth part of an ephah of fine flour for a meal-offering, mingled with the fourth part of a hin of beaten oil.

4Mo 28,6 wird geladen ... It is a continual burnt-offering, which was ordained in mount Sinai for a sweet savor, an offering made by fire unto Jehovah.

4Mo 28,7 wird geladen ... And the drink-offering thereof shall be the fourth part of a hin for the one lamb: in the holy place shalt thou pour out a drink-offering of strong drink unto Jehovah.

4Mo 28,8 wird geladen ... And the other lamb shalt thou offer at even: as the meal-offering of the morning, and as the drink-offering thereof, thou shalt offer it, an offering made by fire, of a sweet savor unto Jehovah.

4Mo 28,9 wird geladen ... And on the sabbath day two he-lambs a year old without blemish, and two tenth parts of an ephah of fine flour for a meal-offering, mingled with oil, and the drink-offering thereof:

4Mo 28,10 wird geladen ... this is the burnt-offering of every sabbath, besides the continual burnt-offering, and the drinkoffering thereof.

4Mo 28,11 wird geladen ... And in the beginnings of your months ye shall offer a burnt-offering unto Jehovah: two young bullocks, and one ram, seven he-lambs a year old without blemish;

4Mo 28,12 wird geladen ... and three tenth parts of an ephah of fine flour for a meal-offering, mingled with oil, for each bullock; and two tenth parts of fine flour for a meal-offering, mingled with oil, for the one ram;

4Mo 28,13 wird geladen ... and a tenth part of fine flour mingled with oil for a meal-offering unto every lamb; for a burnt-offering of a sweet savor, an offering made by fire unto Jehovah.

4Mo 28,14 wird geladen ... And their drink-offerings shall be half a hin of wine for a bullock, and the third part of a hin for the ram, and the fourth part of a hin for a lamb: this is the burnt-offering of every month throughout the months of the year.

4Mo 28,15 wird geladen ... And one he-goat for a sin-offering unto Jehovah; it shall be offered besides the continual burnt-offering, and the drink-offering thereof.

4Mo 28,16 wird geladen ... And in the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month, is Jehovah's passover.

4Mo 28,17 wird geladen ... And on the fifteenth day of this month shall be a feast: seven days shall unleavened bread be eaten.

4Mo 28,18 wird geladen ... In the first day shall be a holy convocation: ye shall do no servile work;

4Mo 28,19 wird geladen ... but ye shall offer an offering made by fire, a burnt-offering unto Jehovah: two young bullocks, and one ram, and seven he-lambs a year old; they shall be unto you without blemish;

4Mo 28,20 wird geladen ... and their meal-offering, fine flour mingled with oil: three tenth parts shall ye offer for a bullock, and two tenth parts for the ram;

4Mo 28,21 wird geladen ... a tenth part shalt thou offer for every lamb of the seven lambs;

4Mo 28,22 wird geladen ... and one he-goat for a sin-offering, to make atonement for you.

4Mo 28,23 wird geladen ... Ye shall offer these besides the burnt-offering of the morning, which is for a continual burnt-offering.

4Mo 28,24 wird geladen ... After this manner ye shall offer daily, for seven days, the food of the offering made by fire, of a sweet savor unto Jehovah: it shall be offered besides the continual burnt-offering, and the drink-offering thereof.

4Mo 28,25 wird geladen ... And on the seventh day ye shall have a holy convocation: ye shall do no servile work.

4Mo 28,26 wird geladen ... Also in the day of the first-fruits, when ye offer a new meal-offering unto Jehovah in your feast of weeks, ye shall have a holy convocation; ye shall do no servile work;

4Mo 28,27 wird geladen ... but ye shall offer a burnt-offering for a sweet savor unto Jehovah: two young bullocks, one ram, seven he-lambs a year old;

4Mo 28,28 wird geladen ... and their meal-offering, fine flour mingled with oil, three tenth parts for each bullock, two tenth parts for the one ram,

4Mo 28,29 wird geladen ... a tenth part for every lamb of the seven lambs;

4Mo 10,10 wird geladen ... Also in the day of your gladness, and in your set feasts, and in the beginnings of your months, ye shall blow the trumpets over your burnt-offerings, and over the sacrifices of your peace-offerings; and they shall be to you for a memorial before your God: I am Jehovah your God.
