Vers

1 wird geladen ... And it came to pass in the ninth year of his reign, in the tenth month, in the tenth day of the month, that Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon came, he and all his army, against Jerusalem, and encamped against it; and they built forts against it round about.

2 wird geladen ... So the city was besieged unto the eleventh year of king Zedekiah.

3 wird geladen ... On the ninth day of the fourth month the famine was sore in the city, so that there was no bread for the people of the land.

4 wird geladen ... Then a breach was made in the city, and all the men of war fled by night by the way of the gate between the two walls, which was by the king's garden (now the Chaldeans were against the city round about); and the king went by the way of the Arabah.

5 wird geladen ... But the army of the Chaldeans pursued after the king, and overtook him in the plains of Jericho; and all his army was scattered from him.

6 wird geladen ... Then they took the king, and carried him up unto the king of Babylon to Riblah; and they {Or, spake with him of judgement}gave judgment upon him.

7 wird geladen ... And they slew the sons of Zedekiah before his eyes, and put out the eyes of Zedekiah, and bound him in fetters, and carried him to Babylon.

8 wird geladen ... Now in the fifth month, on the seventh day of the month, which was the nineteenth year of king Nebuchadnezzar, king of Babylon, came Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard, a servant of the king of Babylon, unto Jerusalem.

9 wird geladen ... And he burnt the house of Jehovah, and the king's house; and all the houses of Jerusalem, even every great house, burnt he with fire.

10 wird geladen ... And all the army of the Chaldeans, that were with the captain of the guard, brake down the walls of Jerusalem round about.

11 wird geladen ... And the residue of the people that were left in the city, and those that fell away, that fell to the king of Babylon, and the residue of the multitude, did Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard carry away captive.

12 wird geladen ... But the captain of the guard left of the poorest of the land to be vinedressers and husbandmen.

13 wird geladen ... And the pillars of brass that were in the house of Jehovah, and the bases and the brazen sea that were in the house of Jehovah, did the Chaldeans break in pieces, and carried the brass of them to Babylon.

14 wird geladen ... And the pots, and the shovels, and the snuffers, and the spoons, and all the vessels of brass wherewith they ministered, took they away.

15 wird geladen ... And the firepans, and the basins, that which was of gold, in gold, and that which was of silver, in silver, the captain of the guard took away.

16 wird geladen ... The two pillars, the one sea, and the bases, which Solomon had made for the house of Jehovah, the brass of all these vessels was without weight.

17 wird geladen ... The height of the one pillar was eighteen cubits, and a capital of brass was upon it; and the height of the capital was three cubits, with network and pomegranates upon the capital round about, all of brass: and like unto these had the second pillar with network.

18 wird geladen ... And the captain of the guard took Seraiah the chief priest, and Zephaniah the second priest, and the three keepers of the threshold:

19 wird geladen ... and out of the city he took an {Or, eunuch}officer that was set over the men of war; and five men of them that saw the king's face, who were found in the city; and the {Or, scribe of the captain of the host}scribe, the captain of the host, who mustered the people of the land; and threescore men of the people of the land, that were found in the city.

20 wird geladen ... And Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard took them, and brought them to the king of Babylon to Riblah.

21 wird geladen ... And the king of Babylon smote them, and put them to death at Riblah in the land of Hamath. So Judah was carried away captive out of his land.

22 wird geladen ... And as for the people that were left in the land of Judah, whom Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon had left, even over them he made Gedaliah the son of Ahikam, the son of Shaphan, governor.

23 wird geladen ... Now when all the captains of the forces, they and their men, heard that the king of Babylon had made Gedaliah governor, they came to Gedaliah to Mizpah, even Ishmael the son of Nethaniah, and Johanan the son of Kareah, and Seraiah the son of Tanhumeth the Netophathite, and Jaazaniah the son of the Maacathite, they and their men.

24 wird geladen ... And Gedaliah sware to them and to their men, and said unto them, Fear not because of the servants of the Chaldeans: dwell in the land, and serve the king of Babylon, and it shall be well with you.

25 wird geladen ... But it came to pass in the seventh month, that Ishmael the son of Nethaniah, the son of Elisham, of the seed royal, came, and ten men with him, and smote Gedaliah, so that he died, and the Jews and the Chaldeans that were with him at Mizpah.

26 wird geladen ... And all the people, both small and great, and the captains of the forces, arose, and came to Egypt; for they were afraid of the Chaldeans.

27 wird geladen ... And it came to pass in the seven and thirtieth year of the captivity of Jehoiachin king of Judah, in the twelfth month, on the seven and twentieth day of the month, that Evil-merodach king of Babylon, in the year that he began to reign, did lift up the head of Jehoiachin king of Judah out of prison;

28 wird geladen ... and he spake kindly to him, and set his throne above the throne of the kings that were with him in Babylon,

29 wird geladen ... and changed his prison garments. And Jehoiachin did eat bread before him continually all the days of his life:

30 wird geladen ... and for his allowance, there was a continual allowance given him of the king, every day a portion, all the days of his life.

Jer 41,16 wird geladen ... Then took Johanan the son of Kareah, and all the captains of the forces that were with him, all the remnant of the people whom he had recovered from Ishmael the son of Nethaniah, from Mizpah, after that he had slain Gedaliah the son of Ahikam, to wit, the men of war, and the women, and the children, and the eunuchs, whom he had brought back from Gibeon.

Jer 41,18 wird geladen ... because of the Chaldeans; for they were afraid of them, because Ishmael the son of Nethaniah had slain Gedaliah the son of Ahikam, whom the king of Babylon made governor over the land.

Jer 42,14 wird geladen ... saying, No; but we will go into the land of Egypt, where we shall see no war, nor hear the sound of the trumpet, nor have hunger of bread; and there will we dwell:

Jer 42,15 wird geladen ... now therefore hear ye the word of Jehovah, O remnant of Judah: Thus saith Jehovah of hosts, the God of Israel, If ye indeed set your faces to enter into Egypt, and go to sojourn there;

Jer 42,16 wird geladen ... then it shall come to pass, that the sword, which ye fear, shall overtake you there in the land of Egypt; and the famine, whereof ye are afraid, {Hebrew: shall cleave after you.}shall follow hard after you there in Egypt; and there ye shall die.

Jer 42,17 wird geladen ... So shall it be with all the men that set their faces to go into Egypt to sojourn there: they shall die by the sword, by the famine, and by the pestilence; and none of them shall remain or escape from the evil that I will bring upon them.

Jer 42,18 wird geladen ... For thus saith Jehovah of hosts, the God of Israel: As mine anger and my wrath hath been poured forth upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, so shall my wrath be poured forth upon you, when ye shall enter into Egypt; and ye shall be an execration, and an astonishment, and a curse, and a reproach; and ye shall see this place no more.

Jer 42,19 wird geladen ... Jehovah hath spoken concerning you, O remnant of Judah, Go ye not into Egypt: know certainly that I have testified unto you this day.

Jer 42,20 wird geladen ... For ye have dealt deceitfully {Or, in your souls}against your own souls; for ye sent me unto Jehovah your God, saying, Pray for us unto Jehovah our God; and according unto all that Jehovah our God shall say, so declare unto us, and we will do it.

Jer 42,21 wird geladen ... And I have this day declared it to you; but ye have not obeyed the voice of Jehovah your God in anything for which he hath sent me unto you.

Jer 42,22 wird geladen ... Now therefore know certainly that ye shall die by the sword, by the famine, and by the pestilence, in the place whither ye desire to go to sojourn there.

Jer 43,4 wird geladen ... So Johanan the son of Kareah, and all the captains of the forces, and all the people, obeyed not the voice of Jehovah, to dwell in the land of Judah.

Jer 43,5 wird geladen ... But Johanan the son of Kareah, and all the captains of the forces, took all the remnant of Judah, that were returned from all the nations whither they had been driven, to sojourn in the land of Judah;

Jer 43,6 wird geladen ... the men, and the women, and the children, and the king's daughters, and every person that Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard had left with Gedaliah the son of Ahikam, the son of Shaphan; and Jeremiah the prophet, and Baruch the son of Neriah.

Jer 43,7 wird geladen ... And they came into the land of Egypt; for they obeyed not the voice of Jehovah: and they came unto Tahpanhes.
